Gladstone Pet Resort

I wasn’t too sure about putting my Cane Corso in to kennels, but he absolutely loves his stays. He’s always very eager to get in to see Duncan and is always very happy when I pick him up. Makes going away easier knowing he’s in good hands, especially as we don’t have any family in the area.

To Duncan, Gail, Mel and the team, thank you soooo much for looking after my Harry and Winnie. You've provided the best service that I've ever experienced when boarding my babies. Thank you for the regular updates on how they are, I love the pics. Thanks Duncan for giving Winnie extra food to help with her weight, she is very lucky to have a surrogate dad like you! Xxxx

My fears of leaving my dog were calmed as I talked to the owners and when my dog came back she was calm and well cared for. They had lovely grassy area for the dogs to run on and secure runs so my dog couldn’t escape.

Thank you for making our holiday so restfully by looking after our Suzie, we all get a break and she has a ball, comes home in such good condition.

Excellent customer service considering some challenges we faced getting our pet there. Beautiful grounds and our pet came back with no distress and settled back home quickly. Thanks Gail and Duncan

Wouldn't leave my 2 border collies anywhere else. Most professional and organised place that have ever looked after my babies. Not to mention my dogs get very excited when we turn up here and always happy when we pick them up.

Our two dogs came back smelling so lovely and they even washed our dogs’ blankets for us.
I would definitely send them to Gladstone Pet Resort for future holidays.

Great service. Helped us out when we were in a bind. Our pooch had tail wagging not like at the vet so no fear stimulus there.

Went for a look around a couple of weeks before we went away to determine which cattery we were going to use. We were so impressed by how clean and well kept this was, having seen it there was no decision.
After our holiday we picked up Missy, she was extremely clean and happy.
Duncan & Gail are a really nice couple and I thank you for taking such good care of her.

We moved to Gladstone last year and didn't have a house to move into straight away. We booked our staffy in for a month. He was so well looked after and clean. He was happy and healthy. He loved play time. I highly recommend.

Very caring dog kennel. My rescue dog Indi usually doesn't do to well at kennels due separation anxiety. I haven't picked up my dog from a kennel with her looking so healthy before. I think they really care for the pets that they are looking after. Highly recommended and will be back. Thanks heaps!

Our first time leaving our dog with a “stranger” and she was better than ever ! Pretty sure they took care with love and who definitely understands what they are doing .

Friendly, helpful, approachable attitudes, my cat appeared more playful, healthier, beautiful shiny coat, they went out of their way to help me as much as they could.
