Have recently bought outdoor products at this store - very helpful staff, very polite, prices competitive. Overall a really good experience. The manager Nathan was also helpful and obviously runs a very good team.

Amazing service from Ian and Mickey. Helped me find the items I need, and helped me load heavy items into my vehicle. Best customer service I've ever had at a hardware store!

Pity the customer service, range of stock, layout and cleanliness of all over the store wasn’t copied by other mitre 10 stores!
The young man in the garden area was delightful and cared about the plants as if he owned them.

Range is excellent, shelves are well stocked, staff are great - knowledgeable and customer focused, especially Gary(?) & Jane . Forget that other hardware chain, just come here. I do, from Canberra. Only place to shop.

I have been there numerous times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have something they will either try to get it or tell you where you might get it. A small shop but a good range for day to day items.

Friendly staff that know their products. Plenty of hardware supplies and well complimented with the home decorations and furnishings. This shop has a drive through which appears to be well laid out and organised.
Good location just off the main drag but still within easy reach.

They are always eager to help and got a fair selection of tools. Nursery is cute. A bit limited timber supply I think. And more expensive then Bunnings.

Excellent standard of service, other stores could learn from this one. Brandon went over and above in finding the fan I was after. Most fans have been placed away as winter is coming, (so G.O.T. lol), however Brandon went upstairs to actually check the stock they had. He returned with 2 options, not suitable, then I showed him what I was after and he trekked on back upstairs to search. He found exactly what I was after which was right at the back, and apparently quite the effort to get to, but Brandon persevered where I suspect most people would not. While I was waiting, another staff member approached me to also ask if I needed any help. The store deserves its 5 stars.

Such a friendly bunch. Had travelled from Sydney before realising that I had forgotten my key to the MTB lock...needless to say I was willing to buy anything to ensure a good MTB trip back o Thredbo but they lent me bolt cutters and of course I then bought a combination lock!

Staff area always friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming to browse even if I don't have a particular need/project to buy for, and because there are plants and kitchen things as well as hardware there is always something interesting on display.

I went in to get a hinge for my roller door and the 2 young guys working on Saturday were fantastic, It was such a pleasure to deal with these to young guys
