I know staff leave and new come along but these guys are special and always serving with a smile...

I am from Canberra, however was in the Gold Coast for a holiday. I absolutely love getting zarraffa’s coffee when visiting QLD. One of the males working the front counter was super lovely and helped my partner and I decide what drink to get. We got a fusion drink each and whoever made it deserves a raise. Always amazing customer service and drinks 😌🫶🏻

Delicious, soy vanilla latte. Never had to turn back around because of the wrong milk. Could improve on the customer service.

My go to place for breakfast when visiting the ThemeParks right across the road, wish there were some Coeliac friendly options but the Coffee was amazing!! I reccomend the Caramelized Cold Fusion =)

Excellent service great late night dessert place !! we had the Mocha fusion and caramel fusion it is an absolute banger! Great service with a great big smile just made our night Thank you!

I usually go there about an hour before closing. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Rarely anyone sitting inside. They always make a nice hot Mocha. I will be back

One of the best coffee place I have visited. There were plenty of parking space and staff over there was very friendly. There is dining available and drive through as well. Breakfast was good. (Vegetarian)

Got a nice açai bowl, iced americano, white choc mocha, breakfast smoothie and benny bagel. Great service, considering it was super busy food and drinks came out in a quick and timely manner. Great service from all staff in store and running drive thru, for a multiple branch company all stores including this one have some awesome baristas and staff providing the most exceptional service and experience for all

Fast coffee. I ordered an Oat Milk Latte. I also shared half of my partner's vegan "Garden Veggie Zed Bread" which was bloody amazing! Recommended.

Me and my partner always go here for our coffee and light breakfast. We go through the drive through and every time we drive up to the collect window the baristas making our coffee always greet us with a smile and ask how our day is going. It seriously makes our morning coming here, it’s so refreshing to be served by staff who are so positive.
Thank you, you are doing an amazing job! Oh and the coconut toasted loaf is amazing!

We visited there on Saturday 28/12/2019 at about 5:30am and were absolutely delighted by the young men serving us! They were so enthusiastic and friendly that I jokingly said you must have had your coffee guys! The order was perfect and this was a good start to the day. Thank you for getting up early and serve people like us, much appreciated!

A very busy coffee shop, team handle the very busy drive through and inhouse customers extremely well. Efficient and friendly team with great coffee.
