Watergarden Dining

Beautiful meals at affordable prices. I ordered Thai Beef Salad and they were happy to accommodate my request of dressing on the side. The beef was cooked to perfection, very tender and had been well marinated. Overall a great dish. My partner had the Hawaiian Parmi which was very tender and the chips were perfect. Two thumbs up!

Very impressed with today's visit. Had garlic pasta and tasted like straight out of a top line Italian restaurant. Great value for just $25

We had dinner here tonight. The food we ordered were very delicious. We enjoyed it very much. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Price is very affordable. Will definitely come back again.

I had lunch at the water garden yesterday. Nice atmosphere and decor etc. I had the flounder with chips and salad which tasted amazing and freshly cooked! Affordable prices, great tasting food and good portions. Staff are friendly, great service. Didnt have to wait very long for food to be ready.

Cafeteria designed restaurant with basic pub meals. Been here twice, 2 years apart from each other and the meals have gotten substantially better. Quick service and quick preperation.

It’s okay.

Today I went to the Watergardens with my family of 4. I was interviewed about my experience at the conclusion of my meal and this is what I said,
DC: “Okay mum what did you think about your meal at the Watergardens?”
RC: “My meal at the watergarden was okay but it’s just lacked a little bit in the presentation. I ordered the Atlantic salmon with chips and salad and instead they gave me roasted vegetables instead which means while the family had already started they meals, I had to wait for my food to be sorted so I could sit down and enjoy the meal with my family.”
DC: “You rated your meal at the watergarden a 3 out of 5, why?”
RC: “Well, the customer service was okay so I based my score around that. I think generally they are quite attentive and switched on most of the time and the service is fast.”
DC: “And what about the price?”.
RC: The price is reasonable. There’s not a lot of food you get for what you pay [it could be a little more]. They could put more chips on the plate as a filler.

A cheap stop for lunch, was not that happy with my sweet and sour pork, had a very weird taste. The rice was undercooked, lucky we ordered a side of chips so I didn't go without. The chips were nice. Mentioned the taste of the meal to the staff but didn't seem that interested. Nice area for a meal and wasn't to busy for a lunch time.

Ate there before a show so it was pretty busy. The food was actually quite good and reasonably priced but the service was very poor. One staff member in particular was very unpleasant.
