I personally had the most phenomenal experience. There's no winery I've had a more pleasant intimate experience with.
He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, I genuinely wanted to stay for as long as possible.
I would highly recommend this winery for a tasting as it provides the most wholesome day and leaves you wanting to drink the wine. Thank you for everything x

Everything about this vineyard is worth the experience. Zoli is quite the entertaining host with the most warmest welcome. His Chambourcin is a must try so too the Walnut Liqueur and Limoncello. 100% recommend anyone travelling through to pop in and say hello, you'll be glad you did!

My family and I were greeted with open arms to an array of fine quality wines with zero preservatives. Very generous amounts for tasting. My very first winery and was pleasantly overwhelmed by owner (Zoli’s) hospitality. A man of great passion and knowledge of wines and history. You have to pay a visit it’s truly an amazing experience will be visiting again. Well worth the visit 😋👌😍

Absolutely amazing I have been to 3 wine tastings before this all three at a much bigger vineyard and yet this one blew them all out of the water! Imogen the host was absolutely fantastic, treated us like we were a couple of old friends we sat with her way after the tasting was over having a good ol chat. The wines were superb and they also had a fantastic selection of liquors and a mulberry port which was absolutely our favourite! 10 out of 10 will go again. :)

Zoli was the most gracious host, telling us all about the wine making process. Amazing wine, beautiful scenery and a very cute dog too. Don’t skip on picking up a jar of delicious Peach Jam made by his lovely wife. An amazing experience all round.

Villa d'Esta has to be one of the best most friendly wineries I have ever been to. We come to the area every year and the stop is a must. The owner is a delightful Hungarian man who has been in the wine business all of his life and it is always great to catch up. The wine is amazing as is the view. Looking forward to next year!

Great atmosphere, happy and friendly host. More than happy to explain all the wines. The hardest part of the whole experience was how many bottles to buy. Cab sav is by far the stand out for me.

100% a must see on any road trip. Top quality wine...

The owner is very hospitable and makes you feel welcome. We were served biscuits and cheese to accompany the wine as well as a good chat and humour. Visiting this winery was a highlight of our trip to the region. Couldn't help but purchase several bottles before leaving!

By far one of the most incredible wine tasting experience. We were greeted by owner Zoli, as soon as we sat down we forgot about the time and just continuously chated with him like with an old friend of ours.
The best wine, we couldn't stop at one or two, we had to get one of each. If you still looking for a good wine, look no further. 👍

One of our Australia's highlight! Was lovely from A to Z. Had such a great time with the hosts (cannot remember their name sadly :'( ) they served us some delicious wine and stayed to chill and talk with us even if they were closed. Didn't felt like just "another" customer at all even if we were three youngster without any wine knowledge. They were really interested about our stories and were very generous on the amount of wine ;) and were really proud of what they do not to mention that their products are conservative free. Had such a great time talking about heaps of thing we all learned a lot about wine and the winery itself. Would definitely recommend that place it absolutely worth the bloddy detour. Hopes only but the best for them!

Fantastic place, Zolly the owner is an eccentric 79 year old Hungarian fellow who will sell you his wine by getting you drunk enough to buy anything, but it tastes fantastic so there's no harm in that.
The vineyard produces Hungarian style wines, that while not organic (still has to spray the vines) are preservative free and represent a nice bit of diversity from the usual range on offer.
He also produces a range of liqueurs and a Mulberry port that really have to be tasted and while we didnt partake his wife also produces a range of jams, jellies and various spreads that are for sale too.
If you're in the region, this really is a must go venue, but expect to be staying a few hours and be sure to have a designated driver before you come :D

Came here on a bucks weekend with a group of mates and was blown away with both the product and the host Zoli. The wine is excellent! I highly recommend the Chambourcin, and Zoli is an excellent host who made sure we were well entertained with his funny and down to earth approach to the tasting. With beautiful scenery, good wine and good company, Villa d'Est Vineyard is sure to impress. I look forward to coming back next time I am up the Central Coast.

This tranquil winery is one of the best I have come across so far in the last 17 years in Australia. Very hommy atmosphere with wonderful view. We were welcomed by the most friendly dog name Dude and his owner Zoli, who sat us down poured us some wine cut up some home made cheese with quince and let's say we didn't want to leave the place after spending ther over an hour juat enjoying the wine the chat with Zoli. A must visit winery in this region.

A unique experience and one not to miss. The wine maker is a wonderful Hungarian host whose family history has been making wine for over 478 years. Quite different to the wines your would usually taste at other vineyards. Additive free and all wine and grapes grown/made on site.

Thanks for showing us around Ruben. Delicous wine, you can really taste the grape and no artificial after taste. The vineyard itself is beautiful too! Make the trip here, you won't regret it. We left with 6 bottles of wine and some jam.

Zollie was an amazing host. Lots of wisdom. Salt of the earth winery, with honesty and hard-work, producing real and authentic wine.

A experience not often had in an Australian winery. More so of a small winery in Europe.
