My mother and I visited this store to buy some Ariat boots, some waterproof jackets, hats and some equestrian equipment. While there were 3 girls working there, not one of them said hello or approached us to help with our purchases. The whole 20 minutes we were in the store the 3 shop girls continued with there conversations without ever making any eye contact with us, never spoke to us or asked if we needed any help with anything. I have honestly never been treated so badly in a store in my life. No wonder the store is stocked to the hilt, considering the girls working there clearly have zero interest in serving customers or selling the stores merchandise. Honestly, it was shocking how rude they were, and how they behaved as though they were having a chat amongst themselves as if they were out for coffee. I am a Cooma local and always try to support the local economy rather than order online, but with attitudes like this, I'll be ordering everything I was looking to buy online now, and in the future. So disappointing.
