Big Ken Rendering

Our building company enlisted Big Ken and his crew for a particularly involved job. We needed someone who could install Aerated Cement panels around an outdoor fireplace and finish it with render. As well as needing to meet the strict building codes that applied, they were under a tight time frame. Both the rendering crew and the office staff did not disappoint. The project is finished and the results are fantastic. Thankyou for all your help Big Ken and Co.

Ken and his crew were fantastic. Professional and looked fantastic. We had unexpected rain and he came out to make sure our render was ok. Pricing was very reasonable and service was excellent from start to finish this is why he is so busy.

Super professional

We had big ken rendering come around to give us a quote for a repair job. After spending some time looking at the job, he said he could help, and that they would call and give us the quote the next day, which would have been great. Unfortunately we never heard back from them. Very disappointing, if you don’t want to do the job it’s better to say so up front and not waste people’s time.

Accepted quote for repairs to existing render some months ago. Was expecting to wait a reasonable time but now total disappointment to lack of communication. Will not return phone calls, text messages or email.
One stage given start date of 19 October - didn't turn up and no explanation.
Rang to check situation 2 weeks later and managed to get a call back. Was promised a call back after a check of the schedule but still waiting.
Being a retired businessman of over 30 years I know how important communication with clients is.
Very disappointing Big Ken Rendering are appearing not intending to honour the agreement with us.

After coming out to quote, after 3 weeks I have still heard nothing from them despite me chasing up the quote by phone and email. No reply at all. What a waste of everyone's time. If you don't want the work, say so up front. Unprofessional.

Sent an email, called a few times, left a voice message, but never got an answer back!
Very poor customer service, don't advertise everywhere if you don't want any job!

Emailed left voice mails left texts thre weeks to a month ago have not had a response maybe there are cowboys out there.
