I was able to get an online appointment without waiting more than a day. My regular medical centre had no appointments for over a week despite me needing urgent medication. I have used this medical centre before 6 months ago to get travel vaccinations. Dr Pearson was fantastic quickly organising all our vaccinations and pills to keep us safe from nasties in Bali, Indonesia and Nepal. He knew we were hiking at high altitude so recommended and prescribed Diamox for that too. His forethought definitely helped us not getting sick overseas when many around us were. Great work to the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Five star service. Dr Christopher Hopwood was excellent. Ran on time with no wait. Front desk ladies were very friendly and efficient.

Kings Meadows Medical Centre offers very professional, friendly and caring service. I have been a patient here for many years and have total faith in my doctor, his diagnoses and treatments. Also appreciate the efficiency of the staff on the phone and in the front office.

Never had a problem being seen on time, nor with the quality of service I received. People who whinge about being kept waiting need to remember the world doesn't revolve around them. Obviously the patients before them are getting the time they need with the doctor. Patients are not herded in and out like cattle in this practice. Stop thinking about yourself and start considering other people's needs.

Not only do I have the best doctor but the staff are very helpful, polite and smile, sometimes I have to wait but it's a sign the doctors care, we all have to be patient

This has been my medical practice for many years because the service has always been excellent. I especially like that this practice values the importance of the personalised Dr/patient relationship and for that I really feel they sincerely care about the holistic well being of the patients. I do not feel like ‘a number’ at this practice.

Don't waste your time go somewhere the else.

Reception staff have some of the rudest customer service I've ever come across.

Doctors are rude and disrespectful they do what they want wait times are ridiculous even first thing in the morning.

If you are looking for the choice of 1 male doctor for your 15 yo daughter, like to wait for an hour past your appt time, only to be told there is still someone before you, then this is the surgery for you.
Obviously not a place that cares for you, let alone your health.

Really need more training for management specially account department I have sent the bill 3 time for not attend the appointment as Medical has canceled all of them for their own reasons and putting all bill on top of us.

Rude incompetent filth.
