Pawtails Rural Retreat

Absolutely fabulous! First time we had ever put our 2 munchkins into boarding due to going away for 2 weeks, so wanted to be sure of choosing the right place for them. Couldn’t be happier. The team at Pawtails were all very professional and really love being there and caring for our furry family. We checked what our two were doing daily via the Facebook posts, and this made us feel more ‘connected’ while we were away.
They both came home happy & smelling lovely and looking shiny after their complimentary baths.

We definitely recommend Pawtails and we will bring our munchkins back again to stay when we go away as it gives us total piece of mind knowing they are very well cared for.

This is one review that I struggled to word due to been extremely happy with the service provided by Paw tails retreat. My partner and I have a beautiful , super energetic border collie named Mocha who is 1 year and 3 months old. We were both extremely worried about leaving him at a kennel and traveling half way across the world.

However paw tails retreat was referred to me through a trusted colleague so we decided to give it ago. I honestly could not be happier with Sian and her team. They took care of our dog super super well. We received updates daily so we knew Mocha was happy and doing well which helped me and my partner to enjoy our break. Mocha came back extremely happy and smelling absolutely divine after his shower at the end of his stay. He loved his stay so much so, when the gentleman from paw tails said good bye to him he ran after him to go back to Paw tails :P.

Please give this place ago to all those dog/ cat lovers. Your fur children will be looked after really well :D.

Cannot recommend Sian and the Pawtails team enough. Great service, communication and a very happy and content pup every time we send our Vizsla for a stay. Sian really cares about the pups and it shows!

Wonderful. Our dog has been going to Pawtails for years. He is happy to go (not so with other kennels), is treated well. Sian is very considerate. Great facilities and he is walked daily. We have a 3 hour round trip to drop him there but I wouldn't leave him anywhere else.

We’ve been clients of Pawtails since before Sian bought the business and were delighted she continued the same high standard of care for her furry guests. Our pets have loved staying here. Our little dog literally leaps out of the car on arrival, she’s so excited to be there. Our usually aloof cat is better behaved at Pawtails than at home 😂
We’ve just moved interstate so have to find a new boarding facility. It will be a tough job finding somewhere as good as Pawtails. Sian helped us organise our pets’ relocation and delivered them to the airport to “check in” for their flight. Fabulous service.

Great facilities and our pup loves it. Staff are great and really care for your pet + the daily photo updates put you at ease.

Its the first time ive been away from him.

I felt super comfortable leaving him with the ladies at the resort.

They sent me pics of the little guy and gave me regualr updates on how he was going.

Great friendly staff that take the time to enjoy the dogs and my dogs love them and going there for the doggy day care every second Thursday.

I havent been there yet. Why do google maps keep askin me how it was. this needs to sorted out by Google.

Our Dog loved spending his weekend at the retreat. Wouldn't hestitate bringing him back.
