A true farmstay and great family experience!
There is a variety of animals - sheep, cows, chicken, alpacas, ducks and geese. And you will have interaction with all of them. Daily animal feeding in the morning, gathering eggs from the coup and strolling the acres of pretty land.

We stayed here with our 2 yo and grandparents and the cottage was perfectly equipped. There's plenty of outdoor furniture - about 20 outdoor chairs and a table setting, kids sports/activities - table tennis, air hockey, football table, balls, bats, hula hoops AND kids outdoor playground with swings, slide and trampoline. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to self cater meals from appliances (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher) to preparation (pots, knives, grater, serving spoons etc) and 2 sets of crockery/cutlery including some plastic plates for kids. There's also AC, fire and foxtel. Also there is a brazier and fire pit to toast marshmallows and enjoy the clear night sky.

The position of the cottage is quite high and it has lovely views and provides free ramge walks over the vast property which includes 3 dams and an olive grove. It is quite isolated so if you're looking for somewhere quiet and away from it all then this is a great retreat.
The closest little town Marulan is 20 mins (IGA, bakery) and then it's 40 - 120 mins drives to Goulburn, Bungonia National Park, Wollombie Caves, Canberra, Bowral etc.
Monica and Slav are great hosts nextdoor and ensuring you have everything you need.

We highly recommend Eco Olive Farmstay and will be sharing our photos and memories for years to come!

Brilliant farmstay. Monica was an excellent host, and our 10 and 8 year old children had a fantastic time feeding the alpacas, sheep, cows, geese, ducks and chickens and playing on the swings and in the games room. My 8 year old declared this the best holiday ever. The house was warm and comfortable with absolutely everything you need.

Wow! What a great weekend. The kids had so much fun seeing and feeding all the animals. The house is so well set up for 2 families to easily stay and everything is set up for kids (high chairs, toilet seats, shade at the pool, pool toys, games room, trampoline and swing set) and the kids didn’t know what to do first. Kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen and Monica was so accommodating and friendly. She’s so passionate about farming and it was eye opening to see how tough the farmers are doing it. A fantastic stay and a great way to make sure your money goes straight to a local farmer.

What a Wonderful experience for the family.
The cottage had everything thing that we needed; I was super impressed with all the kitchen utensils. Monica ensured that the children got up close and personal with the animals....it was the first time in my 67 years that I had fed a sheep and it was a warm and soft interactionas she ate off my hand. I have told all my friends about this laid -back but funfilled adventure !

This was our first farm stay experience with our 4 kids and it was absolutely everything we hoped for.

The kids and us too had a great weekend feeding the various animals (cows, ducks, geese, sheep, chickens and alpacas) amongst other activities such as the pool, tennis court, games room, exploring & walking through the picturesque acreage of property and sitting by the campfire toasting marshmallows.

To top it all off the hosts Monica and Slav are absolutely lovely people and extremely accommodating to their guests. There is not a single thing you need to worry about just bring yourself, family or guests, some clothes and food for the stay (but there is a local IGA 15 mins up the road if needed) and aside from all that the rest is taken care of so you can just enjoy your stay in complete relaxation. You even arrive to a warm home with the fireplace going.

We look forward to coming back and making this and event in calendars throughout the year.

Thanks again Monica & Slav.

Had three days at Monica's farm.
Kids including a toddler had a great time feeding and getting to know the animals and chickens including driving in Monicas ute around the property . Something they will never forget. Great to have an outside log fire pit in the evenings cooking marshmallows and having a drink. Comfortable well equipped and very clean commodation .

A great place with a very modern house. Just about everything imaginable was available. Animal feeding was well organised and kids loved it. A mere 12 minutes to the village of Marulan and its IGA supermarket. Amazing hosts who will go out of their way to make your stay most enjoyable.
