From initial contact to final resolution, Jing showed exceptional professionalism and patience in helping us open our company account. Our needs coincided with the end of hours, and even though it was 50 minutes past her normal working hours, Jing was not impatient and still served us wholeheartedly. She not only listened carefully to our needs, but also guided us step by step on how to operate, making sure that every detail was not missed.

I barely had to wait to be served. Jing, the consultant I who served me, was swift, concise, accommodating and energetic. I always have great service here and I definitely always leave with all my questions answered and a smile on my face!

I don't bank here, but come here regularly on behalf of my father. Excellent staff, Kellie and Caroline in particular, are both gorgeous people and were really helpful and reasonable.

I do not have much idea about other staff as I use online banking more frequently. Recently I got an home loan approval from CBA Clayton Branch.
The Landing Manager Narender Kasarla(CBA Clayton Branch) was fantastic. He is very professional and helpful. He has given genuine advice to me and directed me for whole process of loan approval. He is such a gentleman and kind person with the professionalism at work.
I would strongly recommend anyone to see him once while you are shopping around for home loan.
