We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Stonehurst Cedar Creek and it was amazing! Kelli and Yas kept in touch throughout the planning process and gave us great advice. Their support and coordination leading up to and on the day was perfect. The venue itself is stunning with beautiful structures that integrate well with the natural landscape of the area (part of what initially drew us to check out the venue). We opted to stay onsite with the wedding party, and the cottages are beautifully rustic and comfortable with all the amenities needed to recharge before and after the big day.

Stonehurst is a wonderful place! We got married at Stonehurst Cedar Creek recently and are so so happy with how it all worked out. Picking Stonehurst for our wedding venue was the best decision we made! It is such a beautiful spot and has such a special charm. We loved getting to stay on site, the cottages were so cute and cosy! Rustic charm a'plenty. The team at Stonehurst were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process, they were so helpful, hardworking and lovely. Being able to decorate and DIY things our way made for some awesome possibilities. We found it to be excellent value for all that we got. Thank you so much to the Stonehurst team, I highly recommend Stonehurst as a wedding venue or accommodation for a weekend away.

We recently got married at Stonehurst Cedar Creek and we couldnt fault anything in the entire process. Yasmin and Kellie are the most amazing, organised, fun and helpful people that are a wealth of knowledge and helped us to create the most amazing day/night for our wedding. The venue is picturesque with so many options for both ceremony and reception locations. Our guests were blown away with the location. We couldnt of dreamed of a better day. Listen up, lovebirds! If you're all about ditching the hustle and bustle of the city and soaking up some serious peace and quiet in the Hunter Valley, steer clear of the tourist traps in Pokolbin for your big day. Instead, head on over, down the windy road to Wollombi - it's a bit of a hike, but trust me, it's totally worth it. Plus, who knows, you might even catch a glimpse of a sneaky wombat on the way!

Stonehurst Cedar Creek - this joint is seriously special. Tucked away among lush vineyards and rolling hills, it's the perfect spot for a loved-up celebration.

They've got heaps of options for where to say your "I dos" - whether you're after a pear tree backdrop at 'The Grove', a creek-side affair, or something more rustic in the paddocks or protected under the gazebo, they've got you covered.

Oh, and did I mention the photo ops? Everywhere you turn, there's another stunning vista to capture - vineyards, paddocks, gardens, tree groves, you name it.

Bonus: the whole dang property is yours for the day, so you can really make it your own. You are given the flexibility to do your own catering and styling, so you can really put your stamp on the day.

And with some killer onsite accommodation, your nearest and dearest can make a whole weekend of it. Trust us, this place is the bee's knees.

Stonehurst is a beautiful wedding venue in Wollombi. Having photographed weddings here on both clear sunny days & days when we had torrential downpours, it is quite a well rounded spot.

The indoor ceremony option for those rainy days has an excellent atmosphere, with the outdoor ceremony option in the trees even more spectacular again! There is an abundance of photo opportunities around the property. Plenty of accommodation onsite and nearby.

The staff are amazing! I cannot wait to return soon!

Had our wedding here last weekend, great place friendly staff (Kelli was very helpful throughoutthe whole process). Accommodation was amazing!!

As a professional in the wedding industry, I can safely say, this place has it all! Let's start with lovely, friendly, warm and welcoming staff (plus dogs!!!). Then add in a simply stunning barn for reception (or outdoors amongst the rows of tall trees under the fairy lights if you're into that kind of thing). On over 500 acres, you are spoiled for choice for locations for a ceremony, as well as locations for portraits. Honestly, you simply cannot go wrong with this venue!! Do yourself a favour, get your butt in there and say hello, and let the team look after you! I could not recommend them more highly!

I hadn't been here for over ten years, and it is still the cozy, welcoming cellar door I remembered. On this visit I was interested in the Semillons and Chambercins, both are beautiful, and well priced. This was a welcome stop on a trip from Brooklyn back to Newcastle.

After having to cancel our first planned wedding due to COVID, we wanted a place that was going to make everything easy but still be able to put our own stamp on it. Stonehurst was the perfect venue! We have had many people say it was the best wedding they have been to. All the staff there especially Kelli were amazing and made our wedding weekend everything we hoped. And all their wines are delicious! Highly recommend for a wedding, weekend away or a just a wine tasting.

Stayed here for a wedding I recently attended. Great accommodation, very quaint and homely, with a fireplace to create a great atmosphere. The site has been well maintained despite the recent floods. Great venue, with some sweet port on offer too!

Calm and beautiful nestled amidst nature! Rustic and vintage vibes. The staff are very professional and so helpful. The creek close by, the hills and the patchy forest adds to the appeal of this vast estate.

Absolutely delightful cottage

We stayed two nights in Timbercutter's cottage. We arrived late but all the instructions were provided very clear to get to the cottage. And what a surprise. The property was superbly presented with all that you could wish for. As we went in winter we were worried about the cold nights, however everything was provided to light the fireplace (even with instructions for beginners). The bed was so so comfortable and with the heated blankets we slept like babies.
At night it was so relaxing to sleep as you can hear all nature sounds. I was so in love with the night sky, never seen this beautiful starry night in my entire life. Was there when we felt so lucky to choose this place to celebrate our second marriage anniversary.
The table and chairs in the window with the morning sun streaming in was so relaxing to sit at and enjoy breakfast (included) looking at the vineyard and all nature ❤. The best wine we've ever tried and more when you know it is organic. We even bought some but did not last so long 😅.
Undoubtedly we're coming back to this magical place. 100% recommended.

I originally planned on visiting a number of wineries in the Wollombi/Broke area, however the wines I tasted here were so good I bought all my wine at Stonehurst and didn't wanna go anywhere else. I don't drink white wines, but the reds and rose I had were fantastic. The tawny and muscat were amazing and it is worth a visit just to try these two fortified wines if nothing else. Happy with my purchase and will be back. Stonehurst are also dog friendly. My greyhound had a great time and didn't wanna leave.

Went there today with my friend! Yes it was raining.... but OH my GOD the wines were amazing. I was like ‘ok going tasting.. just gunna grab a bottle or 2’ left with SIX bottles couldn’t resist..... I wanted to buy ALL the wines.. but it’s local anyway so.... guys.... I’ll be back.
Currently drinking my 09 chambourcin! Already downed the delicious les trois rouge!!! And the semillon!!! Oh my god 😍😍😍😍
