Rang and spoke to Nicole asked what they do with the scrap/ defective mushrooms instead of using a polite tone and simply saying they feed them to there livestock and sell them aswell. She became quiet rude and I didn't appreciate being spoken down to and be littled over the phone. I rang and asked one small question that was meant for a simple answer. Learn some polite customer service skills.
