RodnReel Hotel

We had dinner here last Saturday night. There were a lot of families eating when we arrived and I was a little worried about how long our meal might take. There was no reason for concern, the meals were ready really quickly and they tasted superb.
The atmosphere, sitting outside and watching the river was excellent.
Well done on the rebuild after the floods.
We will certainly be back.

Fantastic venue for any event!
My husband and I had our wedding and reception inside the hotel. It was a fantastic wedding and many people comment on how great the food and atmosphere was. The hotel had flooded only months before but Daniel, Naomi and the team made sure our wedding day was just perfect! The grazing table is still being mentioned. It was amazing!
We have also held my son’s celebration of life here and the team were more than accomodating during such a difficult time for my family. Since then, we have also held many red nose fundraisers at the Rod N Reel.
The Rod n Reel is our local pub and we visit frequently. Highly recommend.
We can’t thank them enough!

Stayed over night last week, Had beers and food in the pub, food was excellent.
This pub is very well run and the rooms are basic but very clean. Value for money.

Thanks to the friendly staff at Rod'n'Reel for helping us with a booking on Christmas night, when the pub is closed. The family room was perfect for us, two rooms with bunks in one and queen in the other. Room was perfectly clean and everything in good working order.

Fantastic pub, meals are fkn brilliant, i love the spicey beef nachos. We come here regularly and have never had a bad experience. Well done to Daniel and staff... thank you.

Just off the hiway in Woodburn NSW. Perfect pitstop on a long journey. Great meals and drinks. Spacious interior and huge deck area. Plenty of parking.

Had a lovely lunch here. Food was excellent and the location superb. Laura is a multi talented worker and looked after our table of 10 beautifully. Thanks for a great experience.

This pub has been through alot with the flood earlier in 2022, we deliberately pulled off main highway on road trip to support this town by stopping for lunch. Best pub lunch we've had in ages, good serving sizes, generous with ingredients & quick as well! Great atmosphere, free pool table, fast and efficient service at the bar. Clean bathrooms. Nice outdoor area. Couldn't fault.

I stop here alot between brisbane and sydney as a truck driver. Food is too quality pub food. Comes out fast. Easy parking. Good quick stop

This place is on trend, with a great vibe! Woodstove Pizza Oven, children's play area, indoor or outdoor eating, take home meals or if you just want a tipple the bottle shop is open late!

Went here for lunch. 5 meals (one of which was just a bowl of sweet potato fries - but very big) and a jug of soft drink was ~$90.

Service was fairly quick, great portion sizes and very nice meals.

Off the main hwy,but a good place for lunch h or dinner good cold drinks. Not the Ritz but great country pub we love it. Menu is typical pub fare but you won't go hungry assure you of that. We love this place .

Wow. The meals were delicious! 4 adults, we all got different meals and every single one was extremely yum! Not to mention the very generous sizes. Very full and satisfied household! The beers on tap were also crisp and tasty! Can't wait to visit again.

The RodnReel is a great place for a drink and the meals are really good if you're hungry . The roofed outdoor area overlooking the Richmond River is spacious and relaxing with fans to keep you cool. Thanks to the flood, the rooms are fresh and clean having recently been renovated and supplied with new linen.

The Thai prawn curries (either green or red) are superb! Other great dishes include beer battered fish and chips and steaks. All food is well above the standard of normal pub fare. Eating areas are spacious and the service is friendly.

Great staff , great meals , reasonably priced , end of week meat raffles , joker jackpot , become a member and get a discount plus rewards dollars on most purchases

Had my father's wake here on Wednesday 8th of Dec 2021. Dan and Bar lady Natalie were gracious, symptomatic and also offered great service. It was a beautiful atmosphere and the refreshments were stunning. Thank you again and will definitely be back on happier terms
