We had a special French door/window order made at the Maison Dieu branch of Westal Windows.. The office staff were fantastic and helpful during the ordering procedure .When the product arrived the delivery men were awesome ,helping to put it in place ,especially as the door/ window was exceedingly heavy. We would never have managed to get it in place without them .Thankyou all for the tremendous service. I highly recommend the company .A and G from Singleton

My Partner & I did a knock down rebuild in Waratah with a local builder. The Builder uses Westal Windows Singleton. The windows & doors in our new home look magnificent and the quality is 2nd to none (especially our beautiful louvre windows). We needed after sale service due to our own doing, the staff at Westal Windows Singleton could not be more accommodating.
If you are needing new windows & doors, please do not hesitate to contact the staff at Westal as we could not be happier with the result.

Finally received our screen door, 18months+ after we should have. Made several phone calls January 2022 for our screen door and window fly screen, brushed off, said they would chase it up, nothing delivered.
We paid for new screens, these screens now they just dropped off 17 Aug 2023 are useless now. If I saw they were dropping off, I would have told them to take them back. Not even worth a phone call to the company after last attempts. Never received the fly screen for window even though on the delivery docket. I wouldn't use this company.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Rude staff who were unhelpful and clearly did not want business from paying customers. Would not recommend and will be going elsewhere.
