MJJ's was fantastic installing my solar and battery. They arrived at the predicted installation date, which was 4 weeks after I signed up. They were very neat and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't fault any part of the process.

From acceptance of quote through to final install, MJSS staff including Matt, Jo & Zak etc have been reliable, prompt, dedicated & efficient. Any minor hiccups (not their doing) were attended to & fixed. System up and running exactly as quoted.
My install included Goodwe Inverter & Battery system.
I have faith in their follow up monitoring

When considering the installation of a solar system I contacted five providers asking for a proposal and quote. MJJs was one of only two who bothered to actually visit our home. Steve, our initial contact inspected the site then sat down with us for over two hours to learn of our requirements and educate us regarding solar. The MJJs price was competitive, communication throughout was excellent and delivery and installation were timely.
The installation team, led by Paul, were communicative and courteous and made every effort to conform fully with my preferences for the location of the electrical hardware.
Early days yet regarding performance of the system, the new meter has not yet been installed by the electricity provider, but the Solaredge monitoring suggests we are very much achieving our expectations.

Had a couple of guys from MJJs solar come out to do some maintenance on our panels and fix a leak near one of the solar panel mounting brackets a couple of weeks ago. We were incredibly impressed with the service we received. The two guys who came out went above and beyond to ensure that the leak was fixed and no more water could get in. They did a great job cleaning the panels and even sorted out the wifi connection on our inverter. Highly recommended

I've been skeptical about solar companies especially hearing a few local people have had guarantees and such where the company wasn't around to honour them.

We happened to know Steve prior to him joining MJJ and not only was Steve great to deal with post installation they sent out a technician without our knowledge to query why our power usage was so high. We got to the bottom of it then that rang to walk me step by step through the solar app on my phone.

Great service, so far quality all around, they even went and found the panels I was most interested in... (Almost an oxymoron Canadian Solar)

I had my optimiser solar edge system installed in February 2022 by MJJs. Steve guided my wife and I through the whole way. Educated us on the differences between systems and we 100% took his advise and we couldn’t be happier. The installation was executed professionally they tidied up afterwards. The after service from the office has been great all questions have been answered. Would recommend MJJs Solar to anyone. They are a class above the rest! Best of all first monthly bill went from $233.00 down to $19.00. Wow! Thanks Again.

Purchased a solar edge 6kw inverter and 7.8kw panels from MJJS after having a indepth face to face discussion with Steve.

System has been installed perfectly 4 months ago. I waited to give this unbiased review as i had an initial teething issue with a failed inverter. MJJs replaced it through warranty within a fortnight. It wasnt ideal but not their fault.

Since then the system has worked flawlessly and i love being able to monitor my system, all while knowing im saving money and doing my bit for the environment.

In the future i will be adding a battery and the only phone call i need to make will be to Steve's direct mobile. He is the sole reason i went with this company as there were others who were competitive, some even cheaper but he took the time to explain what i needed and gave me his unbiased advice on a system.

Steve from MJJs was great, he ran me through the solar system options based on my needs, listened to my concerns and considered them in the design and quote of the system. The install happened while I was away and they did not disappoint. They were sure to take care of my property and install the system with my requirement to have a beautiful system installed (i.e. not an eye sore from the street). They hit the mark. The admin team from MJJs is also great, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them over the other installers I was quoted.

Great Service all around. The sales person was very knowledgable and professional, i had 3 seperate companies come onsite and quote and the other 2 installers spent 15 mins max onsite. MJJ's sales person spent over an hr onsite with me asking me all the questions he needed and explained to us every component and recommendations for panels invertors etc and the reaaons behind his recommendations. He even went into depth about how the installers will install the system on the roof etc and the connectors and fire saftey precautions they put in place.

Continuing on from their the installers where all professional all in uniform, took their shoes off while coming inside without me even asking them to. They even took all the rubish away with them !!.

The after sales service was great with them following up with me and helping us proccess the paper work with our energy retailer for the smart meter change over.

The system is performing great and would highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work MJJ Solar.

So pleased we chose MJJ’s Electric’s to supply and install our Enphase solar system with REC panels. From quotation, installation to commissioning it was such a smooth and well coordinated operation. After sales service to rectify a minor problem was prompt and pleasant, a. true sign of a reliable business. Communication and response to queries was outstanding and points to a well trained and enthusiastic team who understand each other’s responsibilities and coordinate effectively.
A very satisfied customer and delighted with the savings in electricity costs resulting from our installation The saying” you get what you pay for “ is so true in our case, not the cheapest system but results paying dividends even in the short term. Add in the excellent warranty and we are streets ahead financially.

It was a superb experience from start to finish. All the staff were informative, responsive and just as important, their responses were timely. We were never left wondering what came next, even when the timeline was affected by other projects we had happening and the unsual amount of rain. The process was also very transparent, no surprises. As for the solar system, the work is neat and tidy, looks attractive, and we are happy with how its working. The service quality is second to none.

From day one when Steve came out physically to assess and explain what might be best layout, Jo and the team explaining everything to expect, and the physical installation of the Panels. Very professional and reliable. Very happy. Probably couldn’t have chosen a better company for a big investment like this.
