Priceline Pharmacy Brandon Park

We went to priceline, Brandon park to get a stat declaration signed on 14/11/23 at 10.50 am. The nice pharmacist's did a great job. We did not had to wait even 30 seconds. We always had a good experince in this pharmacy even for flu shots. Very friendly staff. Highly recommmended. :-).

Yesterday I dealt with Sonam (sorry if this incorrect). I found her to be friendly, patient and very informative. I have always found the staff here very approachable and helpful. Highly recommend.

I went to buy some covid testing kits today and had a pleasant experience as all the staff were willing to help and provided excellent service.

I popped into Priceline (lower level of the centre) today to purchase some eczema cream for my son and I had a great experience. Someone offered to help me within minutes of walking, gave me answers to all my questions and didn’t try to push or sell me anything. I ended up purchasing two creams. All the staff I dealt with were so warm and friendly, especially to my son. This isn’t my local store but I would definitely consider travelling to this store as the customer service and store vibe was incredible.

Worker Marie is the absolute best. she is so so kind and happy to interact with customers.

Served by chemist right away, opened another register on my way out so i didn't have to wait. I certainly wasn't ignored, unlike the other chemist in the shopping centre.

This hot pink paneling is bold and striking. As it just next to the entrance, and I believe this will do a lot if good the business. Of course, service counts!

Very snobby staff members

I went to Priceline Brandon park (upper level) to buy Accu-Chek Guide test strips, the staff picked a box for me. As this is the first time I buy this kind of strip (the previous one was included in the kit) and I trusted her professionalism, wasn’t doubt about it. However when I opened it later, found it is the wrong type of test strip, which is useless to my meter. I went back to the shop, the pharmacist (theoretically by occupation he should be an honest man) blamed me for grabbing the wrong box myself, which is obviously incorrect as the box was stored behind the counter, only staff can access. and he chose to lost his memory and state he don’t know who serviced me while actually he can retell the details of my conversation with the staff. Eventually the manager came out, also she didn’t want to solve the problem, and just wanted to get rid of me by saying that she would get back to me in two days. As expected, it didn’t happen. This is a pharmacy whose people without professional skill and dignity, keep away from it if you can.

Wouldn't dispense my friend's medication early because of 'overdose risk' since it was an antidepressant. Super ableist, not to mention harmful since he'd run out and the dose was already overdue. Go to the other pharmacy in the complex instead, they helped us out luckily!

Re the owner's response, I'm very confused - you are saying the pharmacist didn't know, but that she did do her job??? It is certainly not fulfilling her duty of care by denying someone medication that is needed to prevent withdrawals.

Doesn’t match prices. When shown product online still didn’t match the sale price. not sure whether they follow the company wide pricing or their stand alone price. Wouldn’t go back there for Priceline sales again, I’d go to another Priceline who uphold sale prices online.
