Only ever done online shopping here but what a beautiful range! Ordered late at night and it was shipped before they even opened their doors the next morning, incredible service, great communications & beautiful store. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recently purchased a dress from This store and when it arrived I wasn’t home so it went to the local post office. A few days later I picked it up only to find it was too big. I sent this store an email asking what I need to do and how to return it and they said just put it in the mail with the invoice. No mention of a strict 7 day return or exchange policy. I sent it back the next Day and then received an email that my request had been declined as the item was outside the 7 days returns from when I brought it and that they had returned the item back to me. No mention of an exchange, no mention of a credit note nothing! They just couldn’t be bothered. I sent another email explaining my disappointment and I haven’t gotten anything back. Im now stuck with a $130 dress that doesn’t fit. This is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business. I will never be shopping with these people again
