if the doctor is a real doctor, then he must be like Dr Richard Waluk! a furious specialist ... a deeply educated intellectual ... a decent and honest person, a real person! unique doctor! I recommend to all!

Dr Waluk is the best doctor we have ever met. Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, helpful. Every time I come I get the best advice and help you can wish. He helped me as well as my wife on many hopeless occasions. He is extraordinary and full of passion for the job he does. Fully devoted for his patients.

Have used them a couple of times. Very helpful was close & conveinent near work. Their late hours were helpful before I got home. Doctors were thorough & efficient. Very convenient! Thanks you!

The worst clinic I have been to. There are two issues: one is the management and second is the doctor.
They don’t release test results to the patients to force them into scheduling another session with a $70.00 charge.
I had a knee injury and GP even didn’t look at my knee to check for the swelling.
You are wasting your money if you go to this clinic

I went with badly swollen feet and ankles (which have got worse). I was told just to keep my feet raised. On a recent visit from my podiatrist he suggested it was probably cellulitis and get urgent medical treatment.

Avoid at all costs, I doubt the dr on duty was even qualified as she knew nothing in regards to treating burns and provided incorrect advice/medication.

I will leave 0 star if I could, or even negative. I had a cervical screening test at the clinic early this year. The result came back with higher risk for significant cervical abnormality. They didn’t arrange a follow up with me. I only came across the report when I was accessing my health record on myGov website. Please avoid this clinic at any cost.

Cost: 10 min visit for $ 70.
Outcome: zero interaction. the doctor was in an absolute silence, unable to hold any kind of conversation. I had to suggest some antibiotics as she wouldn't say a word after I explained the reason I was there. Anyway, she was ready to issuie me a medical certificate (sorry, I was there for real medical reasons, not for skipping a working day).
Disappointed.

If you are looking at getting your documents attested by Dr. Richard as Justice of Peace (JP), please look for someone else. In spite of having an appointment with him, I was firstly asked to come back later and then made to wait for over an hour and still the receptionist had no clue if he would be available. I was repeatedly told that he is terribly busy and I need to wait. I request the reception team to value other people's time as well, to check with the Dr if he is able to do the attestation work and if not - that's fine. But please dear reception team do not make people wait endlessly.

My partner came here for a bad cut on his finger he got while working as a carpenter, the female doctor he spoke to wouldn't even look under the bandage, didn't clean the wound and said it would be fine. How she knew that without looking we'll never know. He went straight to a different medical centre and they put three stitches in. Absolutely appalling service, would not recommend anyone seek medical attention from here.

We were seen 3 hours after our appointment . we were told to go and come back later and that the doctor was really busy. We needed to get some genetic testing the doctor couldn’t do this he said he didn’t have the right app for this on his Internet and only your gp can make this appointment for us .. so where do we go from here ??? Don’t wast your time the doctors don’t know anyting and you wait for hours and hous for nothing

I’m in shock at how bad this was, and I’ve seen some average GPs before…

I had to guide them through the simplest task of issuing a repeat prescription for me.
1. The doctor and her trainee repeatedly encouraged me to remove my Covid mask claiming they couldn’t hear me properly. They also removed theirs.
2. Blood pressure test was loose and around my elbow. Did they even get real results I wonder?
3. They didn’t know how to work the computer and print a repeat prescription.

I’d be very worried if I needed medical advice that wasn’t extremely straightforward.
