Recently called into my local MyCar mechanic for some advise on an intermittent problem when accelerating. Matt offered to take my car for a drive, however of course no acceleration problem, always the way.
Back at the shop Matt checked for reasons why this could be happening, found a disconnected hose which fixed the problem.

Outstanding service and they stock Pirelli and Continental as well as bargain brands. They fitted us in on the 2nd of January after a blow out. 4x Pirelli Dragons in stock beautifully fitted with manual torqued wheel studs and we were on our way. Great price too

I highly recommend Jeff for all of your service needs. He is a top reliable bloke and cannot fault him as my mechanic. He takes time and helps explain what’s going on with the car and is happy to answer any questions. He goes out of his way to try and fit you in as soon as he can. I am one extremely happy and loyal returnee to the Mildura Store with the services that they have provided. I have dealt with Jeff P for majority of the time I have been going here. He is amazing and has always gone above and beyond for myself and my partner for his car too. You can’t predict everything car wise so in the past when something has gone wrong I call up the store and Jeff will always try his best to get you seen as soon as possible no matter how busy they already are. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go there and speak to Jeff.

I recently booked my car in for a regular essential service. I received outstanding service from the moment of booking until pick up. There were other issues with my car (which I expected, it is a 15 year old vehicle) and Rowan clearly, openly and transparently explained this to me with a pricing breakdown. He was able to answer my questions and put me at genuine ease.

After a quick urgent telephone call on a Saturday morning prior to Easter (other mechanics said no unable to help) the mechanic on duty at My Car was able to troubleshoot a problem we had on the road that potentially could have shortened our holiday. The best and cheapest tires in Sunraysia!! My wife got 4 Continental brand tires for only $123 each and the real price should be $199. Highly recommend people who have their own budget.

Troy and the boys at mycar Tyre & Auto are very professional and friendly. I have had my car serviced there a couple of times now and I cannot fault their service. The servicing is priced very reasonably and if there are any issues noticed during the service and inspection they will either call or let you know when collecting the vehicle. They are completely upfront and transparent and do not carry out extra works without consent keeping you in the loop should anything unexpected arise.
