My engine died on the way back from Canberra and was towed to Kia Mildura all the staff and service desk staff were amazing they kept me informed on how the car was and went over and above any service they had to do! I would recommend them and if they were in Adelaide I would buy and service my car there no questions asked! They are a real dealership ! They put SERVICE back in the word customer service!

Never return phone calls (unless your a new customer and they want sell you a car) if you need any form of service to your vehicle forget it they don’t care do not return your calls and have a don’t care factor. Go to the local mechanic the repair will get done quicker. If they weren’t the warranty agent for Kia I would not go near them. 0/10. Very very unprofessional service.
