James & Briar have been a joy to work with. Our life took a change in trajectory, so we weren't able to realize our build with James & Briar, but our interactions with them until this point have been excellent. I found we had a real alignment in values, they understood our unique context and were excited about what we were trying to achieve with our off-grid, energy-efficient, permaculture homestead.
Not only do I believe they are quality builders, they are a delight to work with.

James took over my new build after my original builder went bust and made the whole process such a breeze after having to go through something like that. I couldn’t fault his work at all. The finishes were incredible compared to what I was originally getting from the first builder. James’ work is really thought out to suit his clients long term. Would highly recommend!

James and his wife Briar have been absolutely phenomenal supporting my partner and I through the planning of our large renovation/extension. It is a complex process to navigate when you have no experience and they have been there to help us every step of the way, patiently going above and beyond what I would expect to get from any builder.
