I had a very intimate and touching moment in the disabled toilet with one of the employees named mike rotch, its something ill never forget. I bought 300 bags of beef jerky to celebrate, and 4 litres of milk. Thankyou for this experience.

All the bad reviews are from eshays or bogans who probably tried to steal and got angry at the fact they got caught, therefore labelling the staff as rude.

Have been there for many years, once a week, and know every employee by face and being a local, and never have received a rude or bad experience. They are very helpful and kind and do very good sales.

Friendly and easy.. it’s a 7-11 5 star shop. A smile on entry helps 😁😁 as they cope a rude customer everyday. 100+ visits from myself.

It’s a basic 7-11 all you should expect and not much more as it’s a small shop. Staff are often friendly. Settle in for a wait though as this location is very popular with locals.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from the lady named Savithri. She spoke rude things in her language that I could understand and that is outright disrespectful and disgusting! Will never come here again, coming here for the first time and purely disappointed with the service. Gives a bad reputation on 7/11 when the customers are treated such way. I only wonder how many people she spews bad stuff about in her language while serving them or behind their back. People like this should not take customer front jobs. Utterly disappointed!

The old indian lady who works here during the day is very rude and she talks like she doesn’t have any manners. And most importantly she don’t even let the customer heat their food as per how they want it. I personally never want to come here again. 🙂

Worst place to go. Never encountered this before at any 7 eleven. The older lady working there has no sense to talk and behave. Her name is Savithri. She was literally cursing us while we were trying to shop there for no reason. No acceptable. Never ever recommend.

Ring few times at 12.11 am snd tge guy was sleeping in side . Lol

When i first walked in and said hello the staff member seemed pretty friendly, until he tried to sell me some whack bag of chips and i declined he become rude, and literally went to THROW my change on the bench until i put my hand out which he still threw into. Plus the donut was sooo stale its like it was there for a week. The only good thing about this place is that there is 3 exits so i can get the heck out of there.

Racially profiled and asked to prepay for fuel for my $200k BMW yet a white security officer was allowed to pay and go. Naturally I left and said I would take my business elsewhere. Interesting behaviour considering the guy serving is Indian and could barely speak English properly!

Morning staff name staring with alphabet “V “ is very rude , i went to fuel my car , he looked me from inside and instead to turn fuel button on which was on his desk , he literally ignored me , i buzzed my car for 4 times , but he ignored , then I waved my hand and moved near outside window and knocked it for couple of times but still he ignored , then i was about to leave but he saw other cars are coming so he quickly came to his desk turned fuel buttons on , when I asked him reason , instead of a good sorry , he gave me literally bad arguments like he is working there for many years , and he was busy and can’t hear my car horn even , he told me to get out from store ,
I was only expecting a good sorry , instead of this typical bad attitude , instead of giving priority to customer he focused on his ego ,
I have also seen same sort of other reviews & complaints for this store

Late night toilet paper run and teenagers at home hungry for an ice cream I needed to use teller machine and the man won’t let me in!First time this has happened to me at this store I’ve been walking the dog here after work (2am) for 3 years...😕
