KFC Yarraville

By far the greatest cooking I've personally witnessed in my days of KFC reviewing. the chicken was some of the most juiciest and succulent chicken to ever grace my wet lips. especially on Thursday nights, i don't know what it is but that specific night is when true talent is shown.

Monday night 7pm the 2 boys at spotswood kfc was fantastic or food was hot service was prompt very helpful clean and respectful haven’t been to any kfc for months because it has been terrible went to Altona north got no service left & went to Spotswood so glad we did thank you to the 2 boys

Madi has amazing customer service skills. I came on a night that’s was pretty busy via drive through, Madi was friendly and very helpful, took my order and repeated to make sure it was correct. As the line wasn’t moving (these things happen, it gets busy) she made sure i was okay instead of ignoring me and waiting for the next car to come and pay. She did not seem stressed, very cheerful, this rubbed off on me and it didn’t bother me to wait for my order.

Even waiting as long as I did, the food came out fresh 😊

My favourite KFC in Victoria! They have fresh chicken and chips all the time and staff is always amazing and helpful.

Although fast food is supposed to be consistent, it's not. But this store is 100% every time. Even the staff there are friendly.

Shout out to the crew, even though I rocked up not long before closing.
They were super apologetic that it was a limited menu.
They were absolute champs cooking some popcorn chicken for me while they did their closing duties.

Run by great management and a good team. Will often go out of our way to visit this kfc. Friendly staff, efficient service and rarely do they get the order wromg like most other stores. They also keeo the dinning area nice a clean.

Did a online order through the app and as soon as I hit the button inside the store they were prepping my order right away, very fast service and courteous. food was fresh and hot, finger licking good

What a hoot, this ginger kid there made my noght, what a laugh. The comments amd language was fantastic. Probably would wamt your kids here at 2100, but for me it was great. That's why I keep coming back.

It's all about timing, and I just happened to get more then what I was bargaining for. 50 past 9 🤫

Cant turn right when leaving this kfc.
Otherwise it's much like another kfc, lick ya fingers good.

The girls that work in here (and I’m sure the boys too) that I’ve met are so down to earth, genuine and kind. The restaurants location is awkwardly situated & delivery is expensive at $8.95.. but.. if you can navigate through that you’ll find a great team of people with friendly smiles. Thanks 😊

I dropped into this KFC accidentally only due to road closure and took the opportunity to get lunch. The staff were very friendly, the chicken was as hot as a volcano, that was a first to me from any KFC, if they keep the service and chicken hot I will put that on my preferred list of KFC's to go to.

The best KFC in the west. There are no stores like this one the quality is there and the staff are well trained for any type of combat, highly recommended.

Just wanted to give some praise to whoever was managing this store today, I think she said her name was Alicia?
Deliveroo stuffed up and sent us an order that was clearly supposed to go to a different person. Normally, restaurants don't care when this happens and will tell you to contact the delivery company directly. I did try that and couldn't get through to them so called KFC Yarraville directly. Alicia (i hope I have her name right) was so helpful!! She fixed everything and was just great to deal with. I have never had that sort of customer service from any restaurant since Deliveroo/Uber Eats etc started. KFC should really value this employee.

Fast, quality was on point and for the first time in a long time, a KFC who provide napkins and refresher towels, which for some KFC’s, tend to be non existent…

Very helpful team and customer friendly manager. Have to thank them for the way the manager looked after our need with a customised feast just to suit the differed taste of our family. Thank you, much appreciated
