Bunnings Moorabbin

I love problem solving and that’s what Bunnings does for me. Things happen in life and it is refreshing to know that at Bunnings they will always make it right!
That’s something in the service industry especial construction related

Great parking, well laid out store that somehow feels intuitively right, perhaps more than some other Bunnings I’ve visited. Plant selection isn’t bad (though not as good as Mentone branch). Staff are very helpful. Of course prices are excellent and return policies/help terrific too.

I would like to share that my visit and shopping experience was such a treat thanks to my greeting by Greg at the entrance …and my unbelievable help ,guidance and support that l received from Perry ..he was totally amazing ..l have now arrived home ready to attempt my painting job with full confidence….So please reward him for his great services ..Thank you Bunnings for employing such fantastic helpful and knowledgeable staff ❤❤🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰

I dealt with John today i think in the tool section, I had called in regards to a product I was getting repaired he did an amazing job answering all my questions and also giving me a follow up call this afternoon to let me know the outcome, amazing customer service from John. Very nice man he was

Never dealt with a more useless team of people in my life. While individual people were nice....
A delivery, with a window of 2 to 5 days, ridiculous.
After 6 days and and 3 hrs of phone call s to customer service and then being shuffled around to 3 different stores I was told no one had any idea what was going on, nor when I would receive my items.
They had be picked and sent to another store. Then sent to another store. So....3 deliveries of my items yet not to myself. Absolutely useless. I will be taking this matter further.
Thank you for nothing bunnings.

It's a Bunnings like many others.
Heaps of parking, although on a weekday it was really busy.
Standard Bunnings layout inside, with most stuff clearly priced. I missed the usual Sausage Sizzle they have for various fundraisers at the front. The smell of frying onions and bangers on the grill outside a Bunnings on a summers (or winters) day is a quintessentially Aussie experience.

Great for a little store compared to some other Bunnings locations
They had exactly what I needed and the service to match

Team leader Kathy is great in customer service. She knows exactly the location of non-regular items which locate randomly. In addition she would get them in person to make sure the best shopping experience for customers. It becomes rarer these days when the proportion of new under trained crews goes higher in Bunnings.

Always handy to have a good store close that provides almost everything

Staff were very helpful here. Unfortunately, a female staff member at the self-serve checkout was verbally abused by a male customer, as we lined up in the queue!! In response, she was very polite to him. Bless her!! We customers verbally supported her courage & wonderful attitude.
No one deserves to go to work & receive any type of abuse!

I would like to see the 2nd doors open always.
I am disabled, and it's "miles" to walk ..I mainly buy my plants in the garden section..
Wheelchair is not visual' I know you have one!!

I find the quality of plants here to be really good. The staff look after the plants and keep them watered. I go out of my way to buy at Moorabbin.

By far the best customer service I have experienced at the Bunnings Moorabbin store. Perry’s customer service and product knowledge is outstanding and Angie who served me at the register is so bright and cheerful I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.

At Bunnings Moorabbin today and the service was amazing. Rick in the paint department was matching my sample to perfection 5 stars

Great customer service. Was looking for a mixer tap spanner which is shorter than the one I bought before but got slightly confused when looking at the selection. The standard version doesn’t fit in the limited space under the sink. A friendly staff then showed me that I could get a socket set and use it the same way to fix my tap. He even showed me how to use it. Thanks so much for the advice and really appreciate it.

We were helped greatly by Ellie (Lifestyle) while looking for a garden mesh fencing on Thursday, 15th June. She was friendly and competent, not only helping to find a suitable item, but giving some advise too. Later in the day, she also helped with the garden watering products. We are very grateful for a very good service.

I had a complicated plumbing problem and the staff at Bunnings could not have been more helpful - Rick went and above and beyond to help me- wonderful store and staff
