We've been visiting Bluff Road Medical for years and each time the process is easy, the doctors are lovely and don't rush you and you feel cared for. I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr Angela this morning and she's really lovely and very easy to talk to. We recommend Bluff Road Medical!

The staff are amazing at Bluff Rd Medical Centre. My whole family has attended for many years. The doctors have assisted with 3 pregnancies and all of the vaccinations and illness for the children with care and kindness. Dr Tricks has been amazing with my long term illness and I couldn't be more grateful to have such a smart and caring doctor helping and supporting me. All of the support staff and nurses are also fantastic and helpful.

I found Dr San to be very considerate of my condition and very understanding. She was very thorough and professional in her care and manner. I will be back. It has been very difficult finding a good doctor since our moving house.

Went in for a renewal of scripts. Dr. F issued them after checking my vitals and we discussed several vaccination options given my advanced age. Very professional & the charming nurse gave me a shingles vax & I didn't feel a thing = wonderful.

The staff and Doctors are always professional, kind and thorough. The Medical Centre building and waiting rooms are clean, bright with aircon and air filters running. Good spacing between waiting area seating too.

Went for a travel vaccination review with the entire family. Tanya was thorough and asked lots of questions. The nurses were ready to go giving the kids the immunisations at the same time. Good experience.

This clinic is great, we moved to the area over 8 years ago & have been very happy with the care received there. While all the GP’s I’ve seen have been great, Ananya Murthy is a standout. She’s compassionate, thorough & has been instrumental in getting several health issues sorted for me.

All the doctor I have seen at the practice have been approachable, knowledgeable and caring. Cannot the admin/reception staff who are always very helpful. I have been at this practice 35 years and am happy to see any of the current doctors.

Very friendly and efficient Medical Centre. I have been seeing Dr Nick Kokotis for annual skin checks for many years and cannot recommend him highly enough. A very happy patient!

The Admin staff were friendly ,efficient and checked and updated my current personal details. Dr San was attentive and thorough with my current medical issues. Dr San also updated my current medical history and checked all regular medical preventative appts were up to date. I have a good plan for my future health. My current medicines were also reviewed.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and was great to see my old Dr again. I thought the water and tea provided in waiting area was fantastic. Well done guys

Great doctors who are thorough and really listen to your needs and concerns. Friendly reception staff and only a short wait. Linked with the HotDoc app which makes bookings and check-ins easy to manage.

Recently had a consultation with Dr Ei-Cheng Chui - he was very empathetic, thorough, personable and highly skilled in both his analysis & recommended treatment. He has a relaxed manner, keen sense of humour & is extremely professional.

I have been seeing Nick for years now, I am a Collingwood supporter and he is StKilda, poor fellow, but that doesn't get in the way of great Medical Advice!! I can easily recommend The Practice as it has a variety different support specialists under the one roof, all have been excellent.
