I dropped my wallet at the Uber stand at Mebourne airport at approx 10.30 pm on 6th March. A Smarte Carte employee picked it up and took some trouble to ensure it was safely returned to me. Very commendable. Thank you.

Melbourne airport, same as in any airports in the world, is always a sad, memorable, iconic, happy and joyful place to meet and send off our friends, colleagues, family and loved ones. Melbourne airport has expanded a lot for the past five (5) years. From the previous T1, T2 and T3, in 2015 T4 became totally operational. Maybe not as big as other airports yet improving in so many ways —security checks, smart gates —are just among the few. Yet there are still a lot of works and improvements to be done. But most importantly, the jobs that the Border officers are doing in protecting Australian borders and citizens. Well done.
