This particular store I'll definitely give a 5+ 👍👍 with a welcoming 🤗🤗 environment 🏞🏔🌄and alot of varieties to choose from 🍺🍻🥂🍾🍷🥃. I LOVE 💖💖Double Black ZERO and this is my go too place for a COLD can (most Dan Murphy I've gone to closer to home doesn't😡 have DB ZERO stored in fridge ). There are a lot of parking 🅿🅿↖↗↘↙ and a very friendly staff 😀🤗with great knowledge📚📚 as far as i've known👍👍

While a typical Dan's the store is very well presented and stocked with plenty of staff proactively willing to help.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, then acknowledged by another staff member who asked if we needed help with anything. I was stunned in a good way. What fantastic customer service and attentiveness. It's so hard to find these days. They had great discounts, a big variety of the " good things in life "

Amazed at how big it was & the huge range. My son told me about it ages ago. I was in a hurry & told the staff member I wanted to become a member but was in a hurry. He just whipped out his device & had it done in 2-3 mins. Very friendly staff.

Great variety of drinks and plenty of parking for your convenience.

I had hands down the best customer service experience from 2 staff members working Tuesday night 19/10. A young fellow and Joseph, the wine expert. He gave me some of the most detailed explanations on different types of wines, how to and when to drink them. I've worked in retail and Joseph went above and beyond to help me through my decision making for a gift. I could really tell that he enjoys his wine and I appreciate his wisdom and expertise. This shopping venture a male staff member helped me by going to the stores to obtain heavy item I requested, then saw a que at the register and quickly opened another to assist.
Don't get this service everywhere.
