Always trust chemist warehouse and the staff there. The only thing is… some clients not respect the rules and keep cutting in the line… very annoying.. waited more than 20 mins for a simple prescription

Always helpful, staff polite and go out of their way to help. Never had any problems in over too many years to count. Prescription items are often half the price of other pharmacies and on expensive medicines that is a big help. Yesterday I saved $51 on one item alone.

I went to this store last Saturday afternoon to purchase prescriptions. Pharmacist Jono was really helpful and knowledgeable in explaining to me the medications and possible side effects. He was also very patient and sincere, and provided excellent service.

I would like to acknowledge the great customer service of the staff of Chemist Warehouse Glen Waverley which is on the Springvale road and not the Glen shopping centre. Special mention of Emily who is humble and has great customer service and is always with a smile.

Today I went to the Glen Waverley store to buy some skin care products and make up. I had the pleasure of being assisted in my search by Trent, who provided exceptional customer service in a number of ways. He was friendly, polite, had exceptional knowledge of skin care products, foundation shades and exact location of products on the shelves. This store has a big range to choose from and sometimes one can get overwhelmed with too many choices. Trent obviously loves his work and takes pride in being the best that he can be, even studying up on work related subjects in his own time. I hope that the management of this store realizes what a gem this young man is and mentors his skills, talents and interests to progress within the company. Well done Trent, you are a Customer Service "Super Star", which I am sad to say is scarce in this day and age(especially post COVID lock downs). Thank you and I know that you will go far! With the Baby Banana boat sunscreen thing, I went this morning and the staff there knew I came for that. They apologized to me and exchanged a new one which will expire on 2023 without any problem. I am really glad that they still value their reputation and willing to help customers. They do check on Google review which is a good attitude. Thanx

I am a regular customer at this store. I always find their staffs are very professional and helpful. Recently, I caught the inevitable COVID, and as an immunocompromised person, I was recommended by my doctors to take the antiviral medicines. I was hesitant at first, but when my condition had worsened, I called this chemist. The Pharmacist, Peter, who answered my call, immediately preordered the medication for me as it was out of stock. In addition, Peter went beyond his role. Delivery was no longer the company’s service. Unfortunately, as both my husband and I were COVID positive, we couldn’t go out to collect the medicine. Instead, Peter personally delivered the medication to me at night. Did he save me? I think he and my doctors had prevented me from being seriously ill from COVID. I am forever grateful for their help.

My husband and I got our Booster jab at Chemists Warehouse in the Glen Shopping Centre this morning.
Man !! It was over in a jiffy and both of us hardly felt the poke. Was left wondering at the amazing job done by SAM. A very friendly and cheerful person, may his tribe increase. Thank you so much.

Really nice staff, introducing specific effect of the products patiently and gave me sample to have a try, and they all have a nice attitude which made me feel comfortable.

I had an extraordinary experience at this store 2 days ago. I was in a big rush to get some medicines for my friend. Crystal went out her way to look for what I needed. After some thorough searches, we still could find it. She called other stores to make sure they had it and put it aside for me. By then, i ran out of the time and had to go. Then realised i could not make the payment for the other medicines i got, because my phone died and all i had was my phone and $10 cash, which wasn't enough. Worst of all, i live in the Western suburb and relying on my phone to direct my way back home and the car wasn't charging. Crystal and a midaged male pharmacist together helped me to find the right charger so my phone was finally charged enough to make the payment for the medicines for my friend and finding my way to see my friend and going back home. What a relief! Crystal was the angel of my day. She mademy best experience at Chemist warehouse stores!

I enjoyed my shopping experience there. The staff was helpful. I'm surprised at how discounted their perfumes are... Might be even cheaper than at the airport. Great place for supplements and other drugs or skincare products.

The staff at this store are excellent! Attentive and knowledgeable. Once I was overwhelmed by the choices of condritin. A staff checked how I was doing, took the time to explain the choices and helped me make an informed selection.

Holly is amazing to the owner please buy products that do not expire in one month.
