Dr Evelyn is the best doctor i have ever met.. the time she gives and never rushes me.. she is awesome! 10/10

I've seen Dr Zhao a few times and I take offensive at the idea she is uncaring in some of the comments. I've found her to be efficient, quick and thorough in her care. This is a really good clinic.

They have saved my life a number of times. Warning me about what my blood tests indicate, providing referrals and expert advice, implementing plans that have changed my life. I have seen most of the doctors there at some stage over ten years and, having visited other clinics at times, I want to stick with this one.

I've been a patient at this clinic for many years. The doctors, nurse and receptionists are all very welcoming and professional.
I love that if my GP, Dr. David Welsh, is away or not on a particular day, I can confidently see another GP and have an equally friendly and professional consultation.

Came here once deeeeeesperate for a blood test. I couldn't get in to the pathologist at Monash during open hours, and since the train wasn't going between Caulfield and Carnegie (I think this was during the level crossing removal?) I walked... It must've been summer because HOO BOY I looked a sight.
And the best part? The pathologist wasn't even in!
Despite my trouble, the staff there were SUPER nice (a nurse even offered to do my test before she found that she couldn't) they got me some cold water and let me sit for a little.

I was looking for a GP that was open on New Year's Day to get urgent medical attention for my 4 year old and they were so helpful! They let me come in with him straight away, right after he had gotten his COVID test, met me in the carpark, with the GP suited up in PPE and gave him the attention he needed. I was so grateful. Was so nice to be looked after two women (reception and Dr.) from the clinic that cared.

Excellent highly qualified Doctors including a Skin Cancer specialist that does surgery on the spot. She saved my life as I had a malignant Melanoma and was completely unaware that I had it. Lovely happy counter staff and they Bulk Bill for Pensioners.

I’m not an Australian resident but needed a doctors appointment. Came to this GP practice and had a really positive experience.

Excellent doctors and wonderful counter staff. They have been looking after 3 generations in our family for over 15 years. From toddlers to elderly grandparents. Highly recommend.
