Lucy Loves Charlie did our flowers for our wedding and they just did the best job. They understood the style/ theme I wanted and what they came up with was just so beautiful and better than what I could have imagined.
They were so accomodating and easy to deal with throughout the entire planning process and I couldn't recommend them enough

I was absolutely delighted with the quick, helpful service from LLCF, based in London I wanted to send a very close friend a bouquet and trying to find florists in Melbourne was hard from afar! Not only were they EXTREMELY helpful and prompt - I had mentioned that my friend loves blue hydrangeas which are just out of season - and to my surprise they managed to include a pale blue tinged stem especially. Everything was delivered with a beautiful silk bow and the scent (I am told!) is incredible. Given my friend had just had her mother passed and was in receipt of a lot of flowers, she said that these were the best yet. ♥ Highly, highly recommend, an incredible service ♥

Found Lucy loves Charlie flowers online when I needed to send some flowers to a friend locally. Ordered ‘snowfall’ in large and it is just beautiful. Thanks for brightening my friend’s day- and great service as well with sending through a photo before delivery!

We were so impressed with the work that Lucy Loves Charlie did in supplying florals for our wedding! Juliette was accomodating to our requests for flowers at the end of the aisle, bouquets and boutonnieres to match a very unique colour palette with my bridesmaid's dresses. They flowers took my breath away and we received so many compliments from guests! I counted 6 or 7 different varieties of BLUE flowers alone that Juliette had found to tie in- amazing! Thanks Juliette and team for creating the wedding florals of our dreams!

It’s so lovely when a florist delivers an exact replica of a bouquet they have pictured on their website, and “Lucy Loves Charlie” florists delivered the goods - on time - with accuracy! They even sent me a photo before delivery which I appreciated (see attached). Needless to say the recipient was delighted with their floral arrangement and bottle of Moet Champagne. Mission accomplished. I’ll definitely order from LLC again! ♥

What an absolute joy Juliette, Caitlin and the team were to work with on our wedding. During our consultation I was blown away by the knowledge and kindness throughout the meeting. Explaining to a florist that i wasn’t really into ‘flowers’ can be quite awkward but discussing with the team put me at ease and they had fantastic ideas. Not only were they able to create beautiful bouquets for the bridal party, they kept up communication when they didn’t believe the flowers that arrived from the supplier were up to their standards. My daughter received this beautiful bouquet from Lucy Loves Charlie Flowers. They are so well presented, the flowers are very fresh and even the gift card is so elegant. I don’t think I’ll have pictures that will do them justice but my daughter absolutely loves them and whilst we have ordered flowers from other florists before, I believe their prices are really good for the size of the bouquet

Aleesha was incredible and created the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements for my wedding! She brought my ideas to life, created something unique, fun and colourful.

DIVINE! I ordered from interstate and went with a 'Florists Choice,' for my best friends' birthday and couldn't be happier. I did request a few little in season poppies and then left the rest up to Lucy Loves Charlie and they created absolute perfection. I also love they texted me a little snap.

Gorgeous! Thank you Lucy Loves Charlie! I ordered online from a different state, and ordering was easy and quick. I emailed LLC to ask for certain colours to be used if possible, and got a prompt reply saying they would do their best to match that palette. My friend received her bouquet in the late afternoon, and the photos she sent me were just beautiful! The colours are perfect, the wrapping and presentation is cute with ribbons and brown paper card, and the arrangement is generous, lush and pretty. Highly recommend!

I had the most brilliant experience ordering sympathy flowers from out of State with Lucy Loves Charlie. After hearing news of my friend losing a family member, I reached out asking for sameday delivery and the LLC team swung into action.
The best part was that they listened to my request to use certain types of flowers that I wanted and used 100% locally grown blooms
