7-Eleven

Probably the cleanest 7/11 by a country mile. Christine and Raoul are a pleasure to deal with, always smiling and go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. The store is well stocked and the merchandise is always fresh. They even have a fresh water bowl for pets outside the store. They truly engage with the local community, my child’s artwork along with other kids from the adjacent daycare centre is proudly displayed in the store and the kids love it!

I am a regular and always have a great experience at this store. Christine & the staff are always very friendly, attentive and ready to help. The store itself is very clean, neat and well merchandised. Ive seen them have to put up with some really unruly and rude customers and they always do so in a professional and calm manner.

Riken service is incredible and he is too friendly and very professional in his job. I wish I could meet the owner to tell him to give him some appreciation. Love his work.

I only post reviews when I have a great experience with a store or service provider ( if I have a bad experience I prefer to talk to the person and give them the opportunity to resolve it because everyone have their bad days sometimes and it’s ok but if they do not resolve the issue amicably then only will I post a negative review)
I my experience with this store I’ve always found them to be helpful and engaging and they even remember me by name the store is always spotless and well stocked. The owner lady Christene is wonderful to chat with and her son Raoul whom I encounter at nights too is a great guy to deal with.
5+ 🌟 from me and I would highly recommend them .

I would love to share my experience at this 7/11 Thonbury. I usually visit them and the lady their Christine, is so friendly and a lovely lady. Last week I had a bad morning and was at their store to fuel up, and Christine noticed I wasn’t my usual self, so she asked if I was ok, and had a friendly chat which cheered me up. Not all stores or even people do this. I highly recommend this place.

Riket has exceptional customer service and went above and beyond. I have been to many places and reviewed and the level of service is attentive and helpful.

Great service clean store and very friendly staff . I make sure i only go to this store even if that means i have to drive past other 7 elevens

The staff are so friendly this branch is so clean and organised, and the fuel is usually less price than other branches.

Staff are friendly, I often pop in for a drink and a no beef pie and no egg sambo, I think the staff can see the customers habits and usually have a pie in the warmer ready to go.

I go here every day and A The workers are very cool food is good petrol is good price good variety inside easy to get in an out of i would would recommend

The regular day staff are very friendly and helpful, even took the time to help me when i was on crutches to get my things to the car

It's my favorite place to get coffee, with great service attendants.
