Went there cos their neighbor competitor 13 shops away, on a weekday afternoon, had a queue of 30[!], n told to return another day.
Minimal queue [30min] at westpac, given a coffee voucher to use at a nearby store while waiting. Attended by a sweet, pleasant n helpful staff, R. Li. No issues opening a new account, many questions answered. Surprise gift on departure.

Staffs at Clayton branch are so helpful and accommodating. We struggled to get an appointment with Chadstone branch and Clayton branch helped us out immediately after we rang. Ruchi was very patient with us and explained everything in great detail. Thank you team!

Bank Teller Mr.Teshan De Silva and Westpac Clayton Bank manager have been helpful and has gone beyond and above to certify documents despite their busy schedule. The staff at Westpac Claytom branch are polite and ever ready to help customers. Well done Westpac Clayton team!

Scammed a week ago and my card hasn’t been received-YET!
So disappointed that I opened an account with another bank too..I got their card in less than 4 days!
Last week I called Westpac line more than 7 times till I went through! Not only it allowed for the scammer time to play with my account..also removed money!
Time wise just under 30min to connect!
The person on the other line extend it to 30+!
While I was trying to explain to her in complete horror that every minute counts. It’s much wiser to freeze the account. Instead asked so many questions relating the incident..
10 years with the bank..disappointed!

Totally incompetent, banked a cheque with a teller (the Manager!) and cheque still not showing in account or cleared 5 business days later. Went to branch to sort out, still won't process until another 3 or 4 business days we were told. Disgraceful.

Been with Westpac for over 40 yrs. I have been so let down by this bank last several weeks that i closed my accounts today. Absolutely appauling service namely from the condenscending Manager, Mariah, who has zero customer satisfactory skills!!

Absolutely awful. Empty branch, people = "client managers" are sitting in front of computers doing nothing.. Claimed that they are busy "lunch time" and did not bother to spend few minutes with me. Asked me to come back in an hour!!
I came specifically during my lunch our to get serviced. the worst bank/branch I ever seen. manager even did not come out to speak with - I have been given a card to call him back - What a shocker!!

I been living in Clayton all my life, so I came to this branch a lot. However, the recent experience wasn't great at all! In one instance, where the lady deposit money into the wrong account! And at another instance, this lady named Prett, she was rude and give me attitude when I was doing some deposit, acting as if the money was her property?!

I just closed my accounts with the Westpac , heartless corporate rogues who during Covid pretended to sympathise with my hardship only to find out later after I had paid out my home loan completely that there was a blot on my credit file....
