Best meal we have had in a long time (and we eat out regularly). Jon the owner makes sure you have a great night, the food is delicious and the gin even better. The sweet corn starter and the lamb curry were standouts, can’t wait to go back.

One of the best resturaunts in Noosa, this hidden gem is totally worth the trip up the hill. We have eaten here many times and the food is always consistent and of impeccable quality. Favourites are the beef shin curry and the beetroot entree, the crab Samoa's are also delish too. They have a great gin menu, and the service is always spot on, attentive but not pretentious. If you like a modern take on Indian, and appreciate authentic flavours and quality this is a must try.

Just wow!!! We thought the menu looked excellent and we did a little research on the chef which revealed a wonderful career and training!
Our expectations were pretty high and nothing disappointed. Wait staff were attentive and the food was stunning. The cardamom and tomato sorbet sitting on top of local yellow fin tuna was a highlight and we just couldn’t believe the fine dining yet fun twist on Indian cuisine.

We dined at Pucca last Friday and had a wonderful experience. The food was flawless. We had Dad’s Puchkas (absolute must), the kingfish, the octopus and the fish curry. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. The gin was the smoothest I’ve ever had. I could not recommend Pucca highly enough - I have been to almost all the restaurants in Noosa and can easily say this is the best. We’ll be back!

My husband eats out at least 3 times a week (mainly in Sydney) for business dinners and he rarely raves about restaurants. But he did so with Pucca. So when a couple of my friends suggested we go, I was excited. The food was amazing, every dish superb, it was reasonably priced considering the quality and the service was incredible - so lovely to see Tessa!! I highly recommend!!

An extraordinary feast of flavoursome Indian food in Noosa! The ambience was delightful on the quiet side of town, the service was personalised and prompt, and every dish gave us a unique experience. We tried fish curries, samosas, bread and divine desserts. We're not into gin but the hot drinks were great too. Definitely a fine-dining place we'd go back to.

Very personal service. Great introduction by staff to food and beverages. Everything we ordered was delicious. Flavours were a party in your mouth at every bite. Gorgeous selection of gins and unique selection of flavours to compliment the gin. 10/10 from us.

Excellent value modern Indian food with a 100+ gin bar to boot. Lots to choose from so go with the daily special and fest for 2 $65 a head. 3 courses with 6 dishes total makes sure you don’t leave hungry. Chicken was spot on, not dry, fish curry delicious and not overly heavy. Appetisers were on point granted the scallop was a bit overdone. Manger and staff catered to our demanding daughters requests of orange slices, drawing pencils and wanting to dance. Ambiance is relaxed but cool. Will be back for more drinks.

We had a wonderful dinner last night. We tried the set menu and there was so much food and each dish was unique and so delicious! Generous portions and we came away very full. Highly recommend trying this place. This is not your average Indian restaurant - expect Indian flavours but executed in a very creative, modern way for a delicious and classy dining experience. Loved the covered outdoor seating, and the service too. Will definitely be trying again when we are back in Noosa.

We had a fantastic experience at PUCCA. The food is really great, particularly thought that the beetroot bhel puri starter and the fish curry were excellent. We had the feast option which was great value for the amount of food you get - you will certainly not leave hungry with either the 3 or 4 courses. Service was also very good. Will be the first place we come back to the next time we visit Noosa.

Booked in here by my daughter whose restaurant choices are usually great so expectations were high: Pukka managed to exceed them!! Ordered all the street food and it was great. Family particularly mentioned the lamb samosas a number of times. I was slightly discombobulated by the absence of naan but the deliciously flaky buttery parathas more than compensated. The three curries we had as mains were very delicious and spicy in the cardamom cinnamon allspice sense of the word not in the hot spice sense and I was pleased to note that they catered well for the hot chili lovers by offering extra chili options like bowls of fresh chopped chili and chili jam.

Amazing food. Great selection of Gin. I rate this the best food and drink experience in Noosa. We have eaten here multiple times now and chose this as our Anniversary meal because we knew the food would be so good.

We absolutely loved our meal at Pucca. We did the feast menu and enjoyed trying different meals. Lovely cocktails also.
You cannot go past the Buffalo Shin Masala, my husband and I actually thought it was the best meal we have ever eaten!

Pucca Restaurant & Gin Bar opened in Noosa Junction last December I believe. So its three owners (Cecyl, John, Neale) have settled in well to give us a Coastal Southern Indian influenced modern Queensland expression of very good dining; the spicing is clever and of Indian origin but the cuisine from highly experienced chef Neale White is best seasonal, nearby supply.

So forget looking out for tired or stripped back fast food or hot box items like buttered chicken or worse. Look for simple and uncomplicated street food size starters; had the devilish okra (a seeded green pod) in pakora batter, lamb curry puffs (tomato and cinnamon dip) and Mooloolaba prawn samosas. Washed down with an unwooded white, Schlumberger pinot gris (Les Princes Abee) from Alsace in northern France, 2017, quite textural as gris should be, enough grunt to hold up the seasoning accompaniments; cinnamon dominant in the kasundi dip, cumin in the cucumber raita dip, clove in the chutney mayo; still understated but underlining the beauty of dried spice in the cooking thoughts.

One subtle but stunning small plate is Fraser Island spanner crab shredded and dressed mildly with mustard oil, topped with a beetroot icicle, sitting on kachumber salad (fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lemon juice), coriandered.

Larger plates include fish curry, prawn curry, two vegan dishes of eggplant or Maleny buffalo yoghurt, both with marsala spices. And the really tender and tandoori spiced local Elgin Valley side of chicken from whey brining in preparation.

The Keralan prawn curry has texture, depth, not one spice or ingredient flavour tasting singular; almost bonoxy, depth in the sauce, a little heat, a little coconut, juicy just-cooked, large whole prawns with tail, diced choko, a little acidity.

Some special tastes in this menu for everybody, plenty vegan and gluten free. Serves are ample and easy to share.

As expected these guys cooked coconut long grain rice highly professionally; always a test of a quality kitchen.

When in Noosa visit this starry and tasty restaurant for all ages.

And the gin selection rocks; there are 12, three local.

A Sublime Dining Experience at Pucca

Dining at Pucca is not just a meal; it's an enchanting journey that tantalizes the senses and transports you to a culinary nirvana. The genius of Neale White, Cecyl Ducat, and John Forest, with their combined 60 years of global experience, resonates in every aspect of Pucca. This modern coastal Euro-Indian restaurant, nestled in a vibrant setting, embodies a fusion of cultures, flavours, and traditions.

The moment we stepped into Pucca, we were greeted by an atmosphere that blends chic elegance with a warm, inviting vibe. John, our host, epitomized graciousness and professionalism, effortlessly making us feel like the most important guests of the evening. His gesture of offering a complimentary dish during our 4-course feast was a delightful surprise that added to our memorable experience.

Pucca's menu is a testament to culinary artistry, seamlessly weaving Indian flavours with European finesse. The 4-course feast was a symphony of tastes and textures. Highlights included the Gin Cured Hiramasa Kingfish, which danced on the palate, and the Keralan Coconut 'Fish‘ Curry, a harmonious blend of spices and coconut. Each dish was a masterpiece, reflecting the chefs' deep respect for their craft and the premium, locally-sourced ingredients.

The boutique gin cocktail bar is a treasure trove for connoisseurs. Our choices – the Coconut Margaritas and the Espresso Martini – were mixed to perfection, each sip complementing our culinary journey.

It's rare to find a place that excels in every aspect, but Pucca did just that for us. From the ambiance and service to the exquisite food and drinks, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable dining experience.

For anyone seeking an exquisite dining experience that combines the best of coastal Euro-Indian cuisine with impeccable service, Pucca is a must-visit destination. We left with our palates delighted, spirits uplifted, and a promise to ourselves to return very soon. Pucca wasn't just a meal; it was and very likely still is, a culinary journey that stayed with us, long after the last bite.

Thanks guys, you were the highlight of our trip to Noosa.
