Norval beach camp

Great place to camp. Walk on the beach 4x4 drive on the beach. Great to windsurf not good for swimming too many rips

Not many beach camps has toilets and a little sink. Camp was a tiny space with quite a number of vehicles around already. Expect to be slightly squeezed. But everyone was quiet and respectful. We got lucky! Met a lovely family and a couple who were cooking mud crabs they caught. Lovely sunset and sunrise right on the beach!

This visit to Norval Beach was just an impromptu visit by us but wow. We were blown away by the beauty it has to offer. Tent camping is permitted as are dogs on leads. Toilets that are available were very clean and well maintained. The camping area is well shaded and the 4x4 access to the beach would be rated as a 1. Very easy even for the novice driver.

Love Norval park, but don't love the grubs that go camping there. I've been going to Norval for years and the council do a great job of keeping it tidy and clean. But the people that were there last time had their dogs unleashed and they were happy to let them poo anywhere. didn't pick it up, just left it there for everyone else to deal with. Was very disappointing this time from that respect, but still enjoyed myself. All in all Norval park is great.

Can not wait to go back. Great little spot.

Beautiful Beach

If you’re look for a nice spot to spend a day on the beach that’s not busy or even take the off road car onto the beach, this is well worth the drive, the beach is not protected be life guards to need to take care, good spot with picnic tables and toilets too

Small camping grounds with about 7 campsites.
Has toilets, bins, and fire pits.
Would be great if you wanted to beach fish all day. Make sure you take supplies as there is no shops near by at all

Great for cheap camping, plenty of shade with toilets. Beach great.
Need to be aware of idiots fast driving to the beach 4wd access.

Loved it! Awesome spot in the nature! A short walk to the beach you can hear the waves from your site. Quite a few mozzies around when we were there so pack your insect repellent mozzy coal. Hardly any phone reception, so relaxing. Be careful with those rocks when you park in cause they are very low and hard to see in the dark.

Amazing little spot where the scrub meets beautiful beaches. A must go this summer. Only 9 sites (?) 3 sites in use currently due to covid.

Good spot to camp the thing that spoiled it was screaming kids and yapping dogs some parents are just lazy
