Received a very thorough assessment from Simon for a hip injury sustained while snowboarding. His knowledge was assuring and his recommendations were comprehensive and easy to understand.

This was the first time I’d seen Ben at this practice but it certainly won’t be the last. He listened carefully to my problem and worked methodically to ease the pain. He then showed me some exercises which helped as I was heading to the UK The day after which entailed a 17 hour flight. I got some strange looks on the flight but my pain was much improved in a couple of days.

It's always a pleasure to attend Latitude 33.7. The Physiotherapists are professional, & thorough, with their treatments & advice. Also the follow-up personal gym programmes provide a great adjunct. Excellent Admin Staff complete the whole experience.

Simon was so positive, encouraging, supportive and very up to date with treatment options specifically for my needs. I really looked forward to our sessions.

Sarah has been my mums (81) physio since her hip replacement a few weeks ago. Sarah is positive, realistic and always happy which is fantastic for keeping my mum on track with her rehab - my mum thinks Sarah is ‘great’ which is saying something!

Only had dealings with Simon but found him to be very friendly, to the point, and most importantly - his 4 week recovery program got me back on my feet and training pain-free.

Latitude 33.7 Physio have always provided outstanding service for my family with such a broad range of services. The friendly professional team have such a varied range of skills and experience. Highly recommend the clinical pilates classes which are all individually programmed. Remedial massage therapists are amazing!

After a car roll over in 2005 I had neck and back injuries.I was having Physio a lot to keep me moving. Then I met the great team at latitude 33.7. After an assessment with Physiotherapist Issy I started Physio and Pilates.
Now I have a weekly visit for Pilates and every 6 weeks a remedial massage with Frank. I haven’t felt this good in years.

I have been attending Pilates classes and using the services of Physios since Lat 33.7 first opened. The quality of service has never dropped below outright fantastic. A truly professional but friendly atmosphere with some amazing equipment…only surpassed by the diamonds who work there ☺

Could not recommend Paul enough for any sports related injuries! Helped my recovery immensely and was a top bloke to deal with, will definitely be back should I need any more treatment
