Happy Bite Snack Bar

It's been a couple years since I last bought lunch here because I don't work in the city. After reading the negative reviews, I wondered if things have really changed that bad because last time I remembered, the food was amazing and the ladies are friendly and kind. I went around 1pm and no one was eating there so I thought things did become that bad. After being served with one of the ladies, had my cold noodle salad which is one of my favorites and it's just as tasty as I remember! The lady was still friendly and kind like last time I remembered so everything went well. It just depends from person to person but my experience has always been good! 5 stars for food and the friendly lady that served me.

Saw the one star review, walked past it then turned around and decided to give it a shot. Banh mi was delicious and the owner was super friendly! We need to support small businesses like this one!

Great tasting food! Roast pork banh mi is very flavourful and reasonably priced, service with a great smile and a place worth visiting time and time again!

Bought cold rolls, 3 per pack. None of them were completely wrapped - i.e. they were not sealed and were completely open underneath, couldn't be rewrapped. Therefore I couldn't use the dipping sauce effectively because they were falling apart. Without dipping sauce they are more or less tasteless. I guess I could have drank the dipping sauce but I was at work and didn't want to create even more mess. They were too pricey as well at $8.50, considering it was an unpleasant and unsatisfying eating experience. At the end of the day they were clumsily made and overpriced. You should be able to pick up a cold roll and dip it in the dipping sauce, that's not too much to ask. The price is on me because I didn't have to complete the transaction once I found out the price, but at that stage I presumed they would be properly made and I was hungry.

I don't know why they call it Happy Snacks. The lady behind the counter is rude and abrupt, she is not happy. Will never go
back there. The food is not very good either.

Didn’t tell me not accept cash and have to spend minimum $10 to accept eft. Also, Bahmi is not fresh. Definitely not recommend. Will not come back.
