Sunset Coast Beach Houses

This is our second year staying in Guilderton with our (large) family. Last time we used Stays and found the communication difficult. This year we went straight to Sunset Coast Accommodation and requested a pet friendly large house for 6 nights. The house was clean, beautiful, and with a lovely view. The communication was easy before during and after our stay. When I was contacted due to (my puppy doing) some damage (I hadn't noticed), the problem was sorted quickly, kindly and at a reasonable cost. Thanks Will. I will be booking same time next year with Sunset Coast Accommodation.

Just had a recent 4 night break staying at the River Panorama property. Was a fantastic experience, great location and we received very good service from Sunset Coast . Very happy to recommend to anyone looking for a holiday break.

Lovely place to stay,could do with cleaning of microwave stove and cobwebs but other than that was ok

As a returning guest at Gabbadah beach house we were disappointed to find the house has not been thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There were spider webs throughout the rooms and living area. Not all windows were functional and able to open and when I reached out I was told past guests had lost keys and that it would be noted. The inside dining table had an unknown sticky substance which we tried to clean multiple times and were not successful. BBQ was unhygienic with cockroaches and one gas burner was not working due to the amount of food, oil and other unknown factors like rust. The deck out the front on the second level is a safety hazard. The wood is decaying and unstable with exposed nails and the railing is wobbly. The downstairs pool table is non functional. The material on the pool table has been cut therefore it is not taught like it should be. When you sink a ball it makes an almighty clunk which is heard throughout the entire house. Upon arrival the entire house was riddled with dust and quite clearly had not been cleaned for months before our arrival. Before check out we vacuumed and mopped the entire house as we did have our dog with us. It looked cleaner than when we arrived. However, I received an email stating we had been charged a pet fee as there was dog hair. The stand out of our stay was the views and swimming in the river.

Outdated, not up to accommodation standards. No handrails for steps, bare wires and lots.of spiders inside.

Clothes really expensive and quality really bad
