Doesn't feel or smell like a vet surgery which is calming for animals..Vet is A 1, kind, understanding, empathetic, patient, honest most of all treats you furbaby as she would her own..

We have been taking our little Maltese dog Misty to Dorethy for 5 years now and in all my years of taking animals to see vets I have never met a more caring, knowledgeable Vet than Dorethy. You can see the animals love her and all the staff because as they alight from their owners cars their tails are wagging and they rush inside to see everyone. To me and I am sure you too, it means a lot when you know a sick animal wants to see their doctor 🤗🤗

I love this vet so much, good old fashioned country service without all the extra up-sells and marketing that seems to be the go these days. What's more is the whole family is considered and taken into account not just the pet, I highly recommend you bring your pet here for love, attention and proper care.

SIMPLY THE BEST .. PETS FIRST ATTITUDE. I had a very sick little 14 month old Aussie Terrier and afternoon a good look over and XRay Claire was determined that he had swallowed something that was not always evident to feel.I was stressed out and in dire straights no other vets in the area would assist under the circumstances but after a call to Dorothy Claire operated on him and removed the obstruction and today he’s up and about again.
Full marks to Claire for her perseverance she was not giving in and he’s alive today due to her efforts and everyone concerned.
I lost a beautiful 5 year old boy due to poor Vetinary diagnosis and money first attitude and I must say these wonderful people have restored my confidence once more and won a client with 2 dogs for life.

Best vet we have used over the years. Decisions made are in the best interests of the animal. Nothing is given that is not required and well priced. Plus you get the bonus of alternative medicine choices on top of conventional medicine.

Was happy with the promptness, expertise, and treatment of the vet. They are also making an effort to keep pricing reasonable, which is fantastic.

Dorothea is a caring person, who is truely interested in the animals wellbeing. She is very down to earth and doesn't charge inflated fees like some holistic vets do. Makes her care very affordable and something that has been sadly lacking on the Sunshine Coast.
