You did not mention that your team contacted me at 8:30 pm, well outside normal business hours.
Furthermore, you sent official documents via WhatsApp, which was unprofessional and lacking an introduction or explanation, despite having my email and mailing address on record.

Very unprofessional and not very polite.
Regrettably I used their service when I purchased an investment property to go through my contract.

Their mistake caused confusion in the settlement date and costed me more more money than it should have. Of course they took no responsibility for this mistake.
They never called/texted me and only sent 2-3 emails during our engagement.

I recommend saving yourself the headache and going with a more professional and ethical firm.
