K&B had managed our property in Richmond for over 10 years. All of it extremely well done. Emily Wong, our current property manager, inherited the property, post Covid with a great deal of work that had built up. This was combined with an exiting tenant and we relocating to take up residence. With nothing but work in it for her, she and K&B colleagues still supported us with the work that needed to be done, in our absence, and with the transition to occupation. Extremely professional and efficient. The perfect property management service. We would definitely recommend them highly.
