I recommend to visit this shop- very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased this grooming tool from pet domin shop on weekend. This kit has a DVD with basic information on how to do basic grooming for your dog! This is very good product!

The store at Heatherton is the cleanest pet store I’ve ever seen. The manager with the long black hair (forgotten name), is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. As an avid fish enthusiast, I find it useful to visit Pets Domain and have found myself not even needing to attend a specialist aquarium. I highly recommend if you’re seriously thinking of caring for fish, then shop here. These are my fish I’ve had for six years, I bought them off the manager when she worked at Frankston.
My chihuahua gets spoiled there, she now gets so excited when I say, "let’s go to PETS". Highly recommended, five-star.

This was my first time needing to wash my labrador in the in-store dog wash. The helpful lady at the counter ran me through the process and answered any questions I had. Easy.

Came down with Covid symptoms, the day the litter needed to be changed and it was bin day. The staff were brilliant in talking me through my options, prioritising my click and collect and helping my friend collect on my behalf. Would highly recommend.

We were served by a lady named Paula and I can honestly say that her customer service was AMAZING. She was so friendly and so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. What an amazing employee to have. Well done xxxx

Great service and amazing prices. I was served by a young man who was very helpful with explaining the differences of flea and worming treatment for my schnauzer and found the best product for me at a discounted price. I will definitely be coming back

I purchase 2 items in particular (rawhide) and the prices here are vastly superior than the others. I purchase in bulk and not only were the prices good, but they gave me a further discount. The staff were very helpful. I travel 40mins to get here, the closest (other pet) store to me is 10mins... I go out of my way. Pup loves it.

I went to this store yesterday after having issues with dry food for my dog for months and this is the first time I've had someone explain to me the difference between them all. The lady I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and full of advice. Thank you so much.
