Staff are incredibly helpful without being pushy. They say hi, offer help then leave you in peace. And they’ll suggest sale items to save money.

Thank you to the wonderful pharmacist who assisted with several medications for my child. One was an order only medication which he sourced and explained in detail the information required. It felt great to be treated in such a caring and considerate manner, very personable where we didn’t feel like just a number. This will definitely be our go to pharmacy from now on.

Pharmacist was so divine, he looked after my partner and I getting our vaccinations. He shared stories of his family and it was easy to converse with him. He made us both feel at ease, it was the first time we went to this pharmacy. Thank you to the excellent customer service you showed us, we will come back again!

I happened to forget my mask before doing shopping at nearby Coles. They did not have any spare masks even for their own staff, let alone customers. So, the girl at the service desk suggested buying one next door.

Priceline did not have single masks on sale so the very lovely lady gave me one of their staff's stash for free, even though I did not intend on shopping there!

That's what I call a great customer service!

Really helpful with extended hour service

I have been going to this pharmacy since last 12 years and been very pleased with their service. The senior pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful. The staffs are always welcoming and compassionate. I recommend this place highly. They give me the feeling of a closely functioning community.

This pharmacy had changes in franchise a few times, but still the same staff. Always friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and keep coming back. Convenient location next to Coles. You can give your prescription to be filled and do your shopping, come back and collect.

Great store with friendly staff. Love the Priceline app for prescriptions.
