Yes, the wait times are long, and you have to wait at least 2 weeks for an appointment, but that’s what you have to put up with in a rural town. They still bulk bill and my Dr is great and thorough, when I get to see him.

Iv been going to TriStar for nearly two years iv got a great Dr there,I started after my Dr had to leave for treatment, i really like my gp in TriStar in Langtree,he's done alot for myself & my mum,I understand thers alot of drs there and its hard to find a good Dr in a small town but my Dr is great

Misleading customers on website

Got txt saying 2pm app. They call me and tell me it will be a phone app if anything changes we will call you, 2:30 i on the phone to them for an hour wanting to know what’s happening. They say stay by the phone we don’t know. So 6 o’clock I call again to wait the hour and it clicks to 6:29 and I’m finally caller no1 for them to hang up on me. I just wanted to book anouther time with my docter been waiting 3/4 month just for a mental health referral not happy at all.

Very disappointed. Waiting more than 1 hour and 45 minutes for my medical appointment, asked the reception twice what was going on. Realised that the gp skipped me from the list. That's not the first time that I had to wait long time. I believe the booking times are not realistic.

Worst customer service I have ever come across especially from a young lady at reception. I had booked in an appointment for my daughter only to be hung up on and then call back to not have any appointment at all booked in under her name. Will be going elsewhere and not use this service as it’s not on. Our health is suppose to be a priority but not here it isn’t, just a joke

The receptionists didn’t do their job well, dishonest, unresponsiveness and neglected to patients. The doctors usually managed time for each patient too long. My mom came there 3 times , she went the appointment on time but she has to wait at least 1-2 hours later to meet the doctor, others patients who sat next to us even waited 3 hours. Finally, my mom decided to go to other gp, the new gp requires this Tristar brand fax her medical history. However, the receptionists tried to inore, delay our request, wasted our time a lot.....This place is not deserved to get 1 star, so don’t go there

Dr Arif R. Rajput could of potentially overdosed my daughter. Rang up and got an appointment for my daughter with flu like symptoms and he prescribed her with Zytec 5mls daily she is only 14 months old and this medication is for ages 2 and up. If it wasn't for the pharmacist at chemist warehouse telling me this not only him but I could of potentially hurt my daughter giving her the wrong dosage for her age. Very disappointed and won't be going back here for any more appointments.

How hard to see doctors at Tristar in mildura ? Appointment for 1 week available then I appointment its and I go see doctor today just got only descriptions and then I should appointment again waiting 1 week for implanon.Oh my god doctor in mildura??????? I been going to Tristar from years. All of sudden they told me that I'm new patient. They actually lost my record. They couldn't find my record from last 2 weeks. How I will know whether they find the record or not.

They are verry often behind schedule by at least 20 min, they will rush thru and send you out before you finish describing all issues occasionally. Bad English, inept assessments that were easily diagnosed by a competent practitioner. I would be better of physically if I never went there.
