I iniated an hearing loss enquiry with Turner Freeman after losing confidence in another provider of this service in January 2023. Initially I was a week early for my appointment and as my appointed solicitor wasn't present , I was dealt with by Jamie Dayman who was a couple of weeks away from obtaining his credentials. Despite a presumption that he may lack some experience, my apprehension was quickly laid to rest. His manner and confidence along with his knowledge of the process immediately made me confident that we were on the right track.
His reports to me during the process kept me fully informed and confident that the correct path was being followed. Whenever I had a query he was quick to respond and fully informative. As we neared a decision on Government responses he fully appreciated my concerns. We recieved a successful conclusion in December 23 and I am extremely grateful for and appreciative of his professionalism throughout the process. I cannot recommend Turner Freeman and Jamie highly enough, they exceeded my expectations.
