Absolutely amazing find. Wonderfully appointed little cabin in the forrest. Owners were amazing with my husband's extra requests for our anniversary. Super communicative and very welcoming. Will be back, thank you!

Just came back from our little getaway and we can not wait to come back. The chalet was gorgeous, very clean and very welcoming. The bath was AMAZING and the hot tub on the deck was just what we needed. Lovely place to stay to get away from the hustle of the city. We were able to relax with the wildlife surrounding us. Very secluded and private. Not too far out of the way, about a 15 mi ute drive to Margaret River town centre and only a 30 minute drive to other main touristy places. We loved it here, thankyou for such an amazing time.

Genuinely lovely place to stay. Sam and Lee are incredible hosts. This venue is probably one of the most well isolated venues in the whole of Margaret river. The chalets are very well equipped, and there is a hot tub that you can use outdoors but most stunning of all is just the forest scenery whether you’re waking up in the morning or taking in the sunset. There are very few venues that can compare with the level of serenity you’ll find here! It’s great that they’re dog friendly too. Reception is a bit limited for mobile phones but if you can deal with that (might even be a good thing) then this is really a great venue for a small getaway.

I had high expectations for our 2 night stay from previous reviews and the website, but this luxury experience well and truly exceeded them! So peaceful and private, we left our cares behind and really relaxed. The cottage's high end fixtures, amenities (verandah hot tub, bathtub with a view, awesome bed, fireplace etc) and tranquil bush setting provided a uniquely awesome experience. Thanks Sam and Lee for sharing your little slice of heaven with us ... if only for a short time. We can't wait to come back! 😃

This was a perfect location for us for our mini honeymoon. This place is so secluded and surrounded by the beautiful bushland. We loved both the outdoor spa and the amazing bathtub. They have everything you need and it is a clean modern place. We really enjoyed our stay and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Sam and Lee.

Expectations exceeded and experience exceptional. A fully equipped chalet for my partner and I to celebrate our anniversary together in style. We had complete privacy amongst the tranquil forest surroundings, which in of itself was priceless, and really allowed us to be free of distractions and interruptions. Creature comforts of the fireplace, large indoor bath and shower, and heated outdoor spa were too good to pass up on, and were frequently exploited to help us unwind during our 6 day stay. A huge thank you to Sam and Lee for allowing us to feel like Kings and Queens during our stay, and making our anniversary one we would never forget!

We stayed 2 nights here! Beautiful luxury cabin set in a tranquil forest full of nature. The hot tub on the deck is amazing. Sam and Lee are so welcoming and add little touches for your arrival. Dog friendly too!

We stayed 4 nights and had such an amazing time. We left completely recharged. Sam and Lee were more than welcoming and the chalet surpassed our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice! Great start to our stay by hopping in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly and watching the birds flitter about, absolutely perfect!

A little slice of heaven in the forest.. Set on 86 acres is two completely private and beautifully renovated chalets with everything you could want for relaxing romantic stay.
The hosts, Sam and Lee go above and beyond to make you feel right at home and welcome.

This place is a tranquil haven set in an Absolutely beautiful forest! We were meant to stay 2 nights for our anniversary and were lucky enough to extend that to 5 magical nights! We didn’t want to leave! The cabin is totally secluded, well appointed and fully self contained. The perfect getaway escape from it all spot! We did a lot of our own cooking and bbqing and everything we could have needed was provided. The large indoor bath, outdoor spa overlooking the forest, and cozy fireplace were are our favourite! Almost every detail has been carefully thought out and provided including a cute welcome sign with wine and little heart chocolates! ❤ The only constructive note I could add was it might be worth adding an ottoman to the lounge room so that 2 people are able to snuggle up together on the lounge infront of the fire a little easier, as the width of the couch made that a little challenging. In all an absolutely incredible relaxing trip that we will never forget forget! We will definitely stay again and look forward to our next our visit! Thankyou Sam and Lee!

I couldn't fault Jarrah Grove Forrest Retreat! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it is simply beautiful. I was impressed with how clean and well-equipped the place is. It's not even 10 minutes outside of Margaret River town center, which is perfect for exploring the area, but you wouldn't even know when you're at the retreat - complete serenity! Sam and Lee were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend staying here. We'll certainly be back!

We just got home from a 4 night stay at Jarrah Grove Forest Retreat and can’t talk highly enough about this little treasure. The perfect getaway to get some much need RnR and recharge the batteries. The chalets are immaculate, spotless, private and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We spent most of our evenings sitting in the spa outside enjoying the scenery and peace and quiet. We met one of the owners, Sam, during check in and check out and she was kind enough to have a chat and tell us a bit about themselves. Sam and Lee went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect including a couple of Valentines Day surprises. I can’t thank you enough for the effort. The only thing I didn’t like about JG was having to eventually leave. Looking forward to returning very soon.

Everything here is ok point. Sam and Lee have through of everything to make your stay perfect. I loved how remote the chalet was. It really felt a million miles away from my everyday life. Highly recommended

Absolutely the best getaway my partner and I have had. We managed to get a reservation last minute and Sam and Lee went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. Beautifully kept grounds and private luxury chalet, everything you could possibly ask for... can't wait to go back!

My wife and I booked a chalet here for two nights and it was the perfect winter escape. The retreat is situated at the end of a long unsealed driveway off a quiet country road 15mins south of Margaret River. We were welcomed on arrival by the incredibly friendly and bubbly Sam who guided us down to our home for the next couple of days. We're both clean freaks so one of the first thing we noticed on arrival was that the chalet was spotlessly clean, perfectly organised and well maintained. The only (minor) issue we had was that there wasn't any cooking oil in the kitchen, but other staples such as salt, pepper and milk were included. It's possible that a previous guest took it home by mistake. It might be an idea to bring your own essentials just in case.

One thing that wasn't clear to us on the listing was that there are only 2 chalets at the retreat, set well apart from each other with a thick patch of forest in between. Once we checked in, the closet we came to another person was smoke rising from a distant chimney and the only thing we heard were the birds singing outside the windows. We've never stayed anywhere with such total privacy. An added bonus (for us) was that we couldn't get a mobile signal without stepping outside of the chalet, forcing us to disconnect completely and lap up the seclusion.

The whole experience was a total stress killer and we're already planning our next stay. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Its dog friendly!! We stayed here and absolutely loved every second of it. The secluded environment was breathtaking. Waking up surrounded by large native trees and shrubs, the sound of native birds and the occasional wildlife spotting are just some of the reasons why I really want to return. The caretakers are amazing, helpful and very friendly! I have to add tho that phone reception is limited at times but still works.

The chalet we stayed in was amazing. We were surrounded by forest, and could see all the stars at night. The chalet had everything we needed, and much, much more. We could even bring our dog along. Would definitely be coming back again.
