I've been buying records for some years now, and no place has better service. They listen, help, suggest, assist and answer.

If you ask for a record, they have it or they'll bring it. No issues with returns. Great prices, and range of music, new and second hand.

Goldmine Records have the most outstanding customer service. I purchased a remastered pressing of Bohemian Rhapsody and was really unhappy with it (for many reasons). Ben, who handled my complaint, gave thoughtful and patient advice and went out of his way to help me and eventually offered an exchange. He also suggested some basic things to check with our turntable (Rega P1) and after replacing both the drivebelt and stylus he was right - the LP is fine, the problems were at our end. I kept the record and will back to shop with them again. Love their seamless Express checkout too. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Their collection spans a vast array of genres from rock and heavy metal to pop and jazz. They feature both limited edition and standard records, and have a selection of quality second-hand vinyls as well. What stands out is their competitive pricing and the willingness to procure records not readily available in store. Their customer service is exemplary and always eager to assist. Highly recommend!

The shopping experience was good from here on with friendly & informed staff, and a good in store experience. Browsed other albums before leaving, the variety is excellent and at great prices.

Great little shop! I do most of my shopping online and I find the website easy to use and the vinyl is safely packaged and sent soon after purchasing. I’ve found the prices to be extremely competitive with other shops and a lot of my tastes in music are well-stocked. I’ll continue to use this shop for my vinyl needs.

This is one of my favourite destinations for vinyl. Great range across all genres of music, especially soundtracks. They also carry all your accessory needs. Love the service here. A real "can do" attitude from the staff.

Incredible vinyl dewarping service, I brought in a very warped vinyl and was told it may not be fixable due to it being both a vertical and horizontal warp, brought it back home and it played soooo much better than before I got it flattened, thank youse for fixing my vinyl 😁

Top store with a great range and good prices. Goldmine has a great selection of second hand records too...actual quality titles, I picked up the first two A Perfect Circle records & Gish by the Smashing Pumpkins second hand at Goldmine.

If youre not from Melbourne but in town & looking to buy vinyl it's definitely worth heading out to Fitzroy North to check out what they have. Their ebay store is worth a gander as well.
