Really nice place to drop in for a meal. Great atmosphere, plenty of seating and good service. The ribs were delicious and the calamari melts in your mouth. Have been a few times and will definitely go again.

Delicious Irish breakfast today! I’d go as far as saying the best breakfast I’ve had in many a year. Just look at my photo! A full plate of awesomeness. And as always, the service here is the best around. Friendly, helpful and prompt. The owner is a delight also.

I joined in with friends of a Meet Up group who decided to have dinner at the Goat House!
We had a table of 30. The service, food & atmosphere was great! Asked for music to be turned down so we could chat - no problem!

Dined here for the first time with my family, 3 adults and 2 kids. First up, they served up a very good quality kids meal. Many places seem to neglect the kids meal where the main meal is so good but kids meal is typical and common. Our kids were very happy with their Carbonara. We ordered the sharing plate, got to choose our items to share. Such a great idea and was delicious. It was a great start as it got our taste buds ready for the mains. It was equally scrumptious. The Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli was a bit on the salty side, though flavours are very good. Great place to come for a very nice meal. Loved the atmosphere as well.

A wonderful location with both indoor and outdoor seating. A massive menu to choose from. The meals were all delicious! It is great for sharing. The fish tacos were a hit as were the sliders! A great atmosphere and friendly staff.

I love this place; the food and drinks are amazing, and the owner is very caring. Even if we ask for something not on the menu, the kitchen staff will always do their best. We have to say thank you to Rie and Ricki; they were friendly and helpful. Great service. They look after us very well. Highly recommended! One of the best places in Elsternwick.

Loved our evening! The food was delicious, the restaurant was beautiful and the staff were lovely.
We ordered the share platter items and it came out beautifully presented and the cocktails were amazing.
We slotted in at 8.30 and stayed until close. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience for my partners 30th dinner.

Could not recommend this establishment any higher! The staff are attentive and polite, the food is top tier and the owner is an absolute delight! The vibe is incredible and the seating outdoors makes this place a great choice when the weather permits. A real gem in Elsternwick!!

One of the best places to go out with your friends and family, the food was beyond amazing and the potions do really make your belly full, the cocktails were fantastic and the staff is very friendly and they try their best to serve as quickly as possible. Auggy is a very humble and a fantastic host, thank you so much for having us. An ideal spot to bring your friends and family. Cozy and nice. Will definitely visit again ❤

We had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon and headed to Elwood Beach afterwards. The food was delicious, the ambience was pleasant and the service was friendly! We sat indoors and by the window, which gave us a nice view of the courtyard.

They have an extensive drinks menu, as well as a huge variety of food. Overall, it was a good experience, chilled vibes and a great place to be on a sunny summer afternoon. Thursday nights are their Irish nights, which means they have live music 🎶

Goat house is definitely one of our favourite places for family occasions. There is always a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The food quality is consistent, and we cannot recommend more about the prawns and garlic bread.
Cannot wait to revisit them next time for brunch.

Great service and great food; the calamari gets my recommendation. The service and food quality is always consistent, and it is Elsternwich which is a great neighbourhood. If you fancy a good pint of lager, try the goat. Seating options include inside and outside. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service and super friendly staff. They even gave us complimentary fries which was a lovely touch. There was live music which gave a great atmosphere. Will certainly be returning!!
