Macarthur Recreation Reserve

Great spot for a good rest, well off the road, lots of open level space for even the biggest rigs, good amenities (including new-ish showers), friendly locals. Close enough to Budj Bim for a day trip & safe to leave the van for the day. We will be back. Good value at $10 per night or $20 for power, just bring your own drinking water.

Fresh air hot showers bird life wrens around your feet honey eaters wattle birds magpies and of course crows plus a couple of bush rats too get back to nature good for mental health all for 20 a night powered site

Great little town and campground.alittle shop in town and petrol.powersite$10 anite but only 4sites and unpowered sites too.

Fantastic facilities and a beautiful location. The oval and netball courts are great quality aswell as the clubhouse itself

Great safe place to stay. Netball rooms were open to clean toilets and showers.

Mice. Rats and wasps, dirty tolets and unfriendly. Not recommended for solo women.
