Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

The staff made the experience enjoyable. Nice attention to detail and pride in every task they were given. Albert Park Lake views are nice if you can get those rooms. Overall a highly recommended hotel.

Was greeted in a happy and professional manner with all my details accurate and ready to go. Total check in time was less then 3 minutes. Room upgrade with a lake view as an absolute bonus and the rooms, were neat, very clean and comfortable. Would most certainly stay here again, very central location and easy for transport to collect you / drop you at the front door, safely away from traffic. Keep up the good work Pullman team.

We had a lovely stay over the weekend and honestly couldn't fault the staff at all. Consistently very friendly and helpful, genuinely felt that they wanted to ensure we had a nice time. We got a complimentary upgrade, wine and sweets on arrival, along with a handwritten card. We haven't had this at any other hotel! The room was very clean and amazing view of Albert Park lake. Two small suggestions for improvement: the air-conditioning wasn't strong enough for the summer afternoon sun streaming in through the window and the coffee from the cafe downstairs wasn't great. But we had an excellent time and will definitely be back soon!

Our hotel was about 5 to 10 minute drive from the centre of town, but our room afforded us luxury and a part view of the previous weeks Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit which was lovely. Our room here was spacious and set to a very high standard. The concierge when arriving could have been a little more informative in regards to breakfast finishing at 9.30am as our party arranged to meet at 9.00am and were rushed somewhat. Other than that a lovely few days spent in a lovely hotel.

I stayed for three nights, the bed was huge and very comfortable. There was the softest robe in the closet and a wonderful selection of teas and a coffee machine in my room. The shower had great water pressure and the spa bath was big enough to relax in. The TV connected to my laptop via HDMI to stream Netflix etc.

Good location and facilities, it was a clean and very "quality" feeling building. The decor was nice and modern in most places, except the hallways felt like a liminal space where I may encounter an SCP.

The restaurant and cafe and other little eatery were really good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

My only real gripe is that there was no tap for drinking water beside the bathroom, which initially perturbed me. I also struggled to wash my hands in that sink because the tap was right at the edge of the bowl and my hands are more than half an inch long and wide.

Great hotel in a great location.
The room we stayed in was a standard king. Comfy, spacious bed. Nice clean bathroom. TV with a good choice of channels. Tea & coffee making facilities & mini fridge. Loved the black out curtains, no light shining through waking you up at the crack dawn!
Hotel bar had a good choice of cocktails, & drinks. Nice seating in a variety of area's.
Check in was easy, just make sure you take id, as they do ask for it.
Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our 4 days stay . Everything was perfect and amazing. The buffet breakfast was so so good. We were treated with dignity. The team were full of smiles. The only cons of our stay was the pool being quite small and always overcrowded with kids as it was during school holidays. Thanks for a beautiful stay pullman team. You guys rock

The Staff at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park are absolutely wonderful! We stayed there over the Formula 1 weekend and the hotel put on an amazing display of cars, free cocktail classes and a massive screen in the lobby with all the races being played live. Would definitely come back next year!

I recently stayed here at Pullman Albert Park and was there for 4 nights as well as sponsoring a conference. ALL the staff wihtout exception were extremely supoprting and assited me with everything. Concierge and reception answered all my queries. Even room service helped me solve a few problems. The gym and pool were above standard for hotel gym.
Wodnerful team.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Room was very nice and the breakfast buffet was tasty. Good range of stuff for breakfast or you can order things. Pool was nice and gym was well equipped with a view of the pool. Recommended :)

A nice hotel located in the Albert Park suburb.
This place has an indoor pool, and gym with the high-tech Peloton bike 😃👍, and also a children playing area indoor.
The staff is friendly and helpful in taking care of my needs.
Parking is also available at this hotel with the underground access at the back of the building.
It is certain that you will have a relaxing stay when you have a clean and quiet room with a comfortable mattress.

Stayed here for our honeymoon 30 years ago and have been back a few times for Anniversaries.
Rooms are always clean, modern and comfortable and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
I've also attended quite a few functions here over the years and several name changes.
The hotel foyer and public spaces are grand and impressive with a stylish contemporary, quality feel to the fixtures, fittings and architectural details.
The views in the large entry atrium, up to the ceilings many floors above is impressive.
The grand ballroom is large and impressive with a substantial entry foyer often used for trade displays etc.
Functions I've attended at the opposite end of the hotel in the smaller function rooms are not grand at all, fairly basic white walls and ceilings, worn hospital style doors and fittings.
Perfectly functional but certainly not atmospheric or memorable.
Food and service are amazing, restaurant quality and not your usual hotel conference fodder.
On site parking under the hotel is available but can be difficult to find a spot when they are busy, especially if you have a larger vehicle as many of the spaces are smaller than average.........it's also expensive, especially compared to weekend evening city/CBD parking, $30 for around 3hours!!!
Many CBD car parks are only $10-$15 an evening, even at the major hotels.

Well located place with an excellent customer service. Staff of the Front Office, F&B Service, Concierge, and the Housekeeping Service are very prompt and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

5 Star is a complete understatement honestly, All staff were unbelievable, so lovely so helpful, right from the moment we arrived to the moment we left Will only be staying here in Melbourne from here on out, great job to the entire team 👏

Running several businesses where outstanding customer service is our standard, I often find it challenging to encounter the same level of service elsewhere. When I do, I feel it's my obligation to ensure it gets the recognition it deserves. We have been using Pullman Albert Park almost monthly for the past year as the base of operations for our PowerUp Lecture Series. The rooms are spacious, the views are sublime, and the service is good. Unfortunately, in today's world, 'good' service often goes unnoticed. This is where Lindsey, at the front desk, truly makes the entire experience worth it.

Whether it's accommodating last-minute printing requests, providing a forgotten shaver before a big presentation, or assisting with reviewing the conference facilities on a Sunday when no one else is available, Lindsey handles it all. She manages these tasks promptly, with elegance and charm. What's more, Lindsey does this with the largest smile and the brightest attitude – she's someone who genuinely lights up the room with her presence.

If management is reading this, I strongly suggest considering Lindsey for a promotion. She is an asset worth keeping and setting as an example for others. Lindsey isn't just there to clock in hours; she's there to make your clients appreciate their stay. In fact, her dedication has played a significant role in our decision to inquire into using your conference space next year.

Valet parking is $45/24 hrs , 25 bucks for self-parking. There are some free street parking nearby at night. The 3 devices Internet connection policy is really bad. One of the front desk receptionists was really nice and hospitable ,as a Accor member , our room was upgraded to Pullman suite . The best facility is it has a surfing bath. Room facilities were dated and need to be updated or renovated,especially the AC system.

Great location especially for AO! Comfortable lobby, very friendly staff, lovely rooms and the play area for small kids is fantastic! Highly recommended

It was wonderful to stay in Pull Man everything was great and the staff was very co operative .We love the location as it was feasible for us to take uber from there and all super markets were near to it especially my son interested to watch match in Melbourne Cricket ground so it was near to the hotel so over all good experience we enjoyed the breakfast as well .
